Love love love the shoes. Unbelievable comfort right from the start. I will be ordering more. Maybe the lined boots. Sounds silly, but I get excited every time I put them on!

I found my first pair of Viba shoes while wandering the shops of Lisbon. I have both the slippers, slides and sandals. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Because of my high arches, I usually wear an insole in my shoes, but with my Vibas, I don’t need to. They are elegant, super comfortable, and the quality of manufacturing is top notch, making them a long lasting shoe. They shaped to my foot and the leather gets softer and softer. My “go to” shoe!

I am a customer experiencing neuropathy, slightly in the hands but a bit more severely in the feet. I found that the width, wonderful sole cushion and flexible material that make up the VIBAe experience helps lessen my foot pain. It is also a great looking foot ware brand. I have invested in 4 pairs of VIBAes and it is all I do wear now. A bit expensive but well worth every penny for me.

I really wanted to like VIBAe Helsinki boots. They’re marketed as a versatile shoe that can transition seamlessly from indoor comfort to all-day wear, which is exactly what I was looking for. The design is clean and minimal, and at first glance they feel well-made and thoughtfully constructed.
However, in practice, they fall far short of that promise. While they are undeniably comfortable in a soft, slipper-like way, the level of support is much closer to indoor footwear than something built for real daily use. There’s very little structure or stability, and after a few hours on hard surfaces, that lack of support becomes hard to ignore.
In my case, even regular walking in New York City was enough to expose the issue. The constant pavement and longer distances made it obvious these aren’t suitable for everyday urban wear. After extended use, they actually caused me back pain—something I don’t experience with properly supportive shoes.
For short, casual use—or essentially as elevated house shoes—they’re fine. But as a “versatile” shoe that can handle real-world daily wear, they simply don’t deliver. The gap between how they’re marketed and how they perform in reality is significant.
At this point, the advertising doesn’t just feel optimistic—it feels clearly deceitful.

Beautifully made shoes which are so comfortable that I am free from pain in my feet for the first time in literally decades. The design aspects are self confidently quirky, which makes me happy and feeling good about myself from all perspectives when I wear them! Only reservation is how dangerously addictive they are - I keep coming back for more!

I have looked a long time for shoes that are really comfortable and looks good. I am so glad that I found Viba.

At first I bought two pairs of Vibas. Then it happend, that I fell so much in love with the quality and feeling of these shoes, that I went on buing three more pairs. Just don’t feel like using any other shoes any more.

I’ve ordered multiple pairs of shoes from Viba . 6 to be precise. Each pair is amazing and only gets better with age. They are comfortable from day 1. Their soles are the best. My feet don’t hurt when wearing them all day walking around. They are expensive, especially if ordering from the US but they are incredibly worth it.

These shoes actually fit my feet! My feet, ankles or calves do not ever hurt during or after wearing VIBAe shoes. And they are REMARKABLY well crafted, well worth their cost.
I did have a challenge with one style of shoe that did not suit my foot’s shape but Customer Service was amazing. I received prompt replies to my inquiries and with a little bit of back-and-forth the issue was more than satisfactorily resolved. It was obvious to me that the personnel assisting me cared about their product and my relationship with that product.
Personally I am planning on VIBAe being in business for a long time!

I started with the Roma in cognac brown, what a delight! The most comfortable shoe to ever hit my feet. Second, Helsinki in black, absolutely beautiful and a notch above the rest in style! My next pair will most likely be the Zuma Linen in sand.
