Terrible customer service doesn't…
Terrible customer service doesn't exist. Sent me the wrong shoe style and four times to large, wouldn't answer my emails, no number to contact anyone. Replied then ignored me again. After reading reviews from multiple sites I see this is common practice for Viba. I also read people returned shoes and didn't receive their refund. I haven't sent the wrong shoes back because my trust in this company is zero at this point. The shoes look lovely not worth the $$' though, I'll just try flog them on Market Place to regain my money back. Never again Viba it was a very negative VIBE!!!
Suite à un échange
Ma nièce m a offert une paire de chaussons que j ai reçue debut décembre. Je les ai portés un jour ou deux mais ils me blessaient le dessus du pied gauche. Après observation je découvre que la découpe du cuir n est pas la même que le pied droit et donc plus étroite. Ma nièce décide de les retourner en signalant le problème et faire un échange. Pour le retour ce fut tres simple et 10 jours après je reçois les nouveaux chaussons d une autre couleur mais tant pis. Je témoigne car la paire que j ai reçue n était pas neuve !!! Elles avaient les marques du gros orteil, pied gauche à nouveau, et surtout la marque de l ongle ! Le prix est conséquent pour des chaussons, 175 euros, et VIBAe une entreprise peu honnête...et ce n est pas cet avis qui y changera grand chose...

Like other complaints here, I ordered almost 4 weeks ago and the item still hasnt been posted. A postage label has been generated two weeks seemingly to give buyers hope that it will be posted but the parcel was never picked up.
overrated
Love the look of the boots, ordered from Finland. At first they felt ok, but soon became Very uncomfortable, very low, damaged my feet. I asked to return them but was told no. Also , not great for winter/insulation/guarding from the cold. Overrated.
No shipment and broken promises
I placed my order on December 4th, and it’s now the 18th with still no shipment. Emails take four days to get a response, and when they finally reply, it’s just excuses and vague promises of shipping “today or tomorrow.” This was Monday and its now Thursday and still no shipment sent. They charge champagne prices but deliver lemonade service. At these rates, customers deserve far better. I’d love to say the product makes up for the poor service, but I can’t—because they haven’t even sent it. My advice: avoid this company like the plague.

I have been chasing a set of inserts, and it’s like pulling teeth. They have no stock so good luck it’s hopeless . They don’t bother to respond to emails either. Find another brand.
Four pairs and counting....
Between my mom and I, we have purchased four pairs of Viba shoes. They are outstanding. The quality, the comfort and the uniqueness are second to none. My previous slippers hurt so badly until I slipped on my new pair of Viba slippers!! I can't tell you what a difference the soles made - no more foot pain. So comfortable. My mom has three pairs of the Roma shoes. They are all beautiful.
I bought these shoes after foot surgery…
I bought these shoes after foot surgery and was in a cast for 6 mos. I had the other foot operated on the following yr. So they sat in my closet with minimal wear. Now they look like they are from 2 different pair of shoes because 1 shoe has faded significantly more than the other. They are comfortable but I’m very embarrassed to wear them out. Vibae suggests I buy some shoe polish to try to get them to match. 🙁
Extraordinarily fragile leather
Extraordinarily fragile leather. It is very soft and thin. It seems like it would be good for making a wallet or bag or something but it is completely inadequate for shoes. After only a few days of normal wear the dark finish of the leather is chipping away revealing light spots of raw leather underneath.
Customer service is no help, they blame me rather than take accountability, saying something must have hit them. Nothing out of the ordinary happened and these are the only shoes I’ve had with this problem. Just a design flaw to use such a delicate leather for the wrong purpose.
Never delivered goods but money taken
I ordered a pair of mules in August, payment was taken day of order , when they still hadn’t arrived 4 weeks later I contacted customer service to be told they were on their way , by mid October after numerous emails I was informed they had been lost and I would be issued with a refund … I still have not received my refund or indeed any replies to my further emails , avoid this company , I will be contacting my bank to take further action . I would give no stars if that was an option
I have since found out that the company I ordered from was not genuine viba and it was a scam company … so my review is not valid for the real company

Don't treat your customers like idiots
Well I had left the review below before I was contacted by Vibae with a generic feedback request. I provided a star rating as requested based on my experience with them yet I was then contacted directly by the person who I was giving feedback on to ask why I gave them such a low rating!! What an incredibly unprofessional and aggressive way to address feedback.
The following review was provided before the above happened:
I haven't bought shoes from them yet as I was having difficulty using a dicount code I was sent. It was returing it saying it was invalid yet I had copied and pasted it directly from their own email.
I contacted them and wasn't given an explanation just told here is a code for 10% off. Hang on, my original code was for 15%? So no explanation, no acknowledgement that their code wasn't working and no explanation why I was now only getting a 10% code.
Based on the poor customer service experience I won't be buying from them in the event I need to return the shoes as I'd have no faith they'd process that any better than simple emails.
Viba socks
I purchased Viba socks, and they arrived too small and then after washing they shrank incredibly. I now cannot wear them. For $55.00 you would expect a much better product. Viba customer Service is not looking after me either.

Rien ne les affecte: parce que pour bien évaluer la qualité d'une paire de chaussures vous avez dû les porter....alors, pas de remboursement....débrouillez vous avec !

I sent a email about sizing , with a prompt reply I was very comfortable to then make the purchase .
The shoe is amazingly comfortable ,kinda forms around your ankle ..I have a high arch and slight wide foot . This shoe fits like a glove … all day .
Saved for best
Arrived promptly via customs etc. Pleased I wasn't charged extra tax/duties on my £130 purchase (I'm in UK).
Love the shoes. Very comfy and this design has ability to be worn with heal up or down so can be kicked off at the door or made secure for longer walks. I'm a bit precious with them and don't take them out if it's going to rain. Though I've waterproofed them as far as possible I don't want to risk such an expensive purchase just yet.

Shambles
Absolutely terrible experience with Vebae Shoes. I bought two pairs and was excited to receive them, only to be hit with extortionate import duties — and then the shoes never arrived at all. Customer service has been completely unresponsive. Never, ever again. Be careful before ordering from this company!
ONGOING SAGA!
My experience with Viba has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered two pairs of shoes that arrived extremely late, and one pair didn’t fit at all. When I asked about returning them, I was told it would cost €165—and this on top of the €330 I had already paid in import taxes. So essentially, I’d be paying over €500 for shoes that don’t even fit.
The customer service was shockingly rude and unresponsive, refusing to help in any meaningful way. I honestly feel scammed. Avoid this company at all costs!
