Very slow to ship out the package, their sizing chart does not match other brands, the cm stated for the sizes also do not match the size of the shoes at all and after trying make a return to exchange for another size for many days now, I still havent heard back from them, its impossible to contact these people, nobody in this company answers any emails. I do not recommend doing any business with them.

RIP off. Unexpected customs payment on top of purchase price. Delivery still not happened after a month!!!

Best shoes ever! Comfortable and look nice! I’ve just ordered a second pair and doubt I will ever wear any other shoes ever again. I highly recommend these shoes!

APPALLING customer service, communication.
I have been waiting for confirmation from Viba when I will recieve my refund ( circa £430 ) for over 7 days !!! But I have heard nothing eventhough I have emailed over 6 times, as there is not number to call !!
I understand the Viba claim to be a small business and processes can be slow .... But I am an even smaller BUSINESS and can not afford to have circa £430 unpaid promptly.
DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM VIBA is my advise

What a disappointment this company is. First of all, I had to wait weeks for the order. I had to email myself to ask where my order was. Answer: they were waiting for their delivery from Portugal themselves. I asked if they could deliver part of the order and cancel the product that would still take a while. Then I received the delivery relatively quickly. The shoes were too big so I started a return/exchange. The return costs are also charged. In the meantime, weeks later, no shoes and no communication about the order status. I sent another email saying that I was completely canceling the purchase. Another three emails later, each time telling a standard story without giving an answer or providing any information. I hope that the order has now been canceled. Too bad because they have a nice product, but the Portuguese factory would do better to do the handling itself instead of leaving it to the failing head office in Finland.

They slip off whilst walking. They got my foot but not for walk more than 100m.

the great thing is that I love the product. the shoes are fab. i messed up and ordered too big. they totally run true to size.....maybe even a little big.

Terrible returns process. I tried to use the returns portal to generate a free return label and just got an email saying it didn't work, but my order now shows as processing the return. So no free return label as promised. Also they are deducting £23 from order value of £203, for 'restocking'. What a cheek! I have never encountered a company clawing that much back for restocking ever before. Not only do I have to wait to even begin the returns process, but apparently it takes at least 2 weeks, for me to then get back way less than spent. I will not be buying Viba again. They claim to be so righteous but it's nonsence. Only automated customer service. BEWARE.

I ordered two pairs so i could get the right size and have been unable to return the unwanted pair meaning i've spent £330 on a pair of boots. The company are totally unresponsive to my emails and the contact form on their website. The 30 day limit has now expired so I would avoid buying from this company if you are in any way unsure of sizing. Terrible customer service. I would not buy again

Bought some shoes, waited and waited for them to send me a dispatch email…nothing. Emailed them and got a lame excuse that they didn’t have stock delivered on time. And when I asked for a delivery date I got o reply. I have emailed 2-3 more times for an answer but just keep getting the automated response.

Not good. No customer service. Bad sizing. Unable to reach anyone to make an exchange. Went ahead a wore the shoes thinking they would stretch and fit better. That’s a big NO. Raised section of shoe insert rubs a blister. Heel section is annoying. Can’t wear them for long periods of time. Now all I have is fancy leather house shoes.

Selected a 42 based on VIBAe recommendations, I’m usually a 42.5/43, perfect fit with no gaps. Have treated the leather as suggested and will now be used for walking the paths of Spain. Fantastic.

Shoes are comfortable. That is true. But three wears and they look like they are 15 years old. Customer service was no help. Just blamed me. Well I wore to an office with black pants three times with a pair of red leather AS98 shoes on between days and the red shoes are the same bright color. So it’s not me or my pants, it is the leather of these shoes. I won’t buy again. I now have very expensive shoes that are not suitable to be worn to work.

Het is echt geen ene ster waard! Wat een oplichters zijn dit zeg. Had ik de reviews maar gelezen. Heb een paar muiltjes besteld, ze worden verzonden en dat afgegeven op een adres wat ik niet ken. Het enige wat de vervoerder vermeld is dat het is afgegeven bij ene Linda.

Ik heb meteen een e-mail gestuurd naar de klantenservice en kreeg direct bericht. Aangegeven wat het probleem was en aangegeven dat ik bij alle buren ben langs geweest en dat ik geen Linda ken. De reactie van hun was de link van de verzending en dat het was afgegeven bij die ene Linda. Heb daarna nog wel 8x gemaild en tot op de dag vandaag geen reactie. Wat heb je toch een verschrikkelijk doortrapt karakter als je zo met je klanten omgaat.

Good shoes but VERY slow delivery. I also bought one as a gift and had to exchange it for a larger size. That took over 3 months!!

Absolutely love these shoes/slippers! I have problems with bunions and wide feet so most shoes are uncomfortably narrow. My sister first got a pair last year and I have waited till now. Very very comfortable, if you are a fan of Birkenstocks then you will love them. I have to say I actually am finding them more comfy than my Birkenstocks.
Lovely nicely made slippers/shoes.
Also ordering direct from Finland to UK outer island (Shetland) only took 8 days!
I will probably buy again in another colour.
Don’t agree with some of the bad reviews on here. These are handmade and made very well.

I made an online order in August 2024, and then forgot about it (that's on me). When I realized it had never arrived I e-mailed customer service and they said they would look into it. Now I have sent a number of follow up emails requesting an update and they have ghosted me. No refund and no shoes... now no response! This is ridiculous! There is no excuse to not respond to e-mails to your customer service about a missing order!
