Wonderful cervice

No installation guide or instructions were included. The protective material had a nick in it and is not usable.

A little confusion, the item ordered turned out to be for a LHD vehicle. This occurred after asking if the item was suitable for UK cars. A full refund was given and congratulations for doing so. A clearer item description would be helpful.

Easy shopping

Bought seat belt pads, speedometer rear cover & rear view mirror in monochrome Union Jack for a mini F56. Only the seat belt pads fitted. The speedometer cover isn’t for this car & is totally different in shape, as is the mirror cover. Basically paid £80 for seat belt pads that I could get from eBay for about £15.

I suspected that these would be poor quality but I expected them to at least fit. They emailed me twice within 2 days of purchase asking for a review which started alarm bells ringing. AVOID this company completely.

I had a great experience with Victorious Automotive! I had a 13-inch GPS and infotainment system installed, along with a new AC display, and everything was done perfectly.

The installation was super clean and professional — it all works flawlessly. What really made the difference, though, was the support team. They were really helpful and made sure the final setup was just right.

Honestly, I’m really impressed. Great service, great people. I’d definitely recommend Victorious Automotive to anyone looking to upgrade their Range Rover.

Great communication received a WhatsApp message the day I placed the order and another with tracking once it shipped. It shipped from China but I received within a week (6 days actually). I’m a 40 year old woman who is not in the least bit handy but was so easy to install.

Good product and excellent customer service. Couldn't get product to work and service was quick to fix. Didn't need a lead that was included for my year if car. Explanation didn't say this hence 4 stars and not 5 but service was good and quick to fix on the day

I had no problems with my first order with my first Range Rover so I said to myself, self order from them again. I expect the same results if not better.

The product was poorly painted. The paint fell off. Ik had to make adjustments on the car and the item to get it on.
I am disappointed.

Ordered an HVAC panel for a Disco Sport. Seemed a great item and happy with the quality and price paid. Contacted support with a query post-installation and the response was super-quick and informative. Watch out though, be prepared for import duty needing to be paid on items shipped from China. Factor that into the purchase cost.

UPDATE: Panel had multiple issues and had to be returned but the company were decent and issued a refund.

Phone call received to confirm the product was the correct one. Very reassuring.
