Quality of product good installation very good lovely couple but your after sale service very poor. I wasn’t that happy with the colour of blinds when installed rang the sale person if he could show me the sample that we picked and Iam still waiting after two weeks didn’t like his attitude. Very happy with bedroom blinds the dining room ones have taken a while to get used to.

Worst customer service and lack of communication. They ask for payment in full before installing and then if there is a problem you have no leverage. Excuses and lack of compassion for customer. Would go elsewhere to a smaller company if you can.

Marty D was great from start to finish. He is very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I’d be more than happy to recommend his services as we are thrilled with our shutters.

Cheap rubbish at premium prices . I paid $1,700 for something that COULD NOT Have been more cheaply made . Absolute Garbage!!!! No wonder there are no pics of the finished products on the website! Have a look NO pic on the website .
