The entire Victory team was professional and knowledgeable. The salesperson, installer, scheduler and office staff all responded promptly and politely. Our shutters were available for installation when promised. The final result has elevated the look and feel of our home. We are very happy with the quality of our shutters.

I really like the quality of the product, yet I am disappointed with the installation. The blinds have not all been hung in the centre of the window frame. As such, they are assymmetric. This isn't really noticeable when they are up but becomes very noticeable when they are down. I expected a snugger fit for a made-to-measure product and a better reponse from a company that prides itself on its quality and costumer service. I have reached out to Victory Blinds to assist me with the issue. I am awaiting their response but doubt that I will get one now. This is doubly disappointing as I opted for Victory Blinds over its competitor, Spotlight, who provided a cheaper quote, as I was convinced that the Victory product and service would be superior.

Quality of product good installation very good lovely couple but your after sale service very poor. I wasn’t that happy with the colour of blinds when installed rang the sale person if he could show me the sample that we picked and Iam still waiting after two weeks didn’t like his attitude. Very happy with bedroom blinds the dining room ones have taken a while to get used to.
