On May 25, 2026, I purchased a $19.99 GC package and won 606sc on one of my favorite games. I verified my account (drivers license, proof of payment, email, and phone), when my account read “VERIFICATION PROGRESS: 100%” I was able to submit my redemption request for $600.
I immediately received confirmation of redemption request and a request for my utility bill for address verification. I sent my electricity bill. I then received an email confirming they had received my electric bill but the email went on to require additional documentation matching my 2020 address (same state) which is listed on my drivers license. I explained that I no longer lived there and asked what alternative documents would be accepted.
(Legitimate Sweepstakes Casinos will have me double down on my residency verification by providing a bank statement, as they want to verify current residential address for 1099’s and such)
Over the following two weeks, I contacted support to determine which secondary documentation they would need to verify my home address. They responded only once and said my case was under review and that my explanation regarding the address discrepancy had been forwarded to the appropriate team and they “were reviewing what alternative documentation, if any, could be accepted.”
And then they ghosted.
During this entire ordeal, the only issue ever discussed was address verification.
My redemption remained visible in my account the entire time and was listed as “Withdrawal: Pledged.” My account also remained active. However, while my redeem was pending, my gameplay history disappeared from my transaction records, leaving only my deposit and pledged withdrawal visible.
(I have screen recordings of my account, gameplay, and transactions before they vanished)
On June 12, 2026 after patiently awaiting further instructions for address verification, I instead received a redemption denial instructing me to resubmit or contact support, immediately followed by a separate email with an account closure notice.
The reason given was not address verification. Instead, the email listed “verified instances of unacceptable gameplay and/or unauthorized software use” had been detected.
I strongly dispute that conclusion (with every fiber of my being).
I did not use a VPN, automation software, bots, scripts, remote desktop software, or any other unauthorized tools. I played normally from my personal iPhone in the same manner that I always have at all other online sweepstakes casinos. I play everywhere, and anywhere, at least once, (obviously).
What concerns me most is that at no point was I told that gameplay or software usage was under investigation. The only communication from support was focused on address verification. The final reason for denial appeared only after weeks of my attempts to determine which secondary address documentation they would accept, while they required me to prove residency of a 2020 home and expected it to simultaneously be currently dated.
Another detail that raised concerns for me is that the account closure email was co-signed by the “Game Day Zone Compliance Team” despite being a Victory Sweep account. Earlier this year, I also had a redemption denied (although I wasn’t refunded and my account was left open) at Game Day Zone. In addition, both sites used similar UI, including transactional phrase: “Withdraw ‘with7’:” (That ominous “7” I should have known from the start that they were related somehow.)
To Victory Sweep’s credit, my original $19.99 purchase was refunded after my account was closed. However, my $600 redemption was denied and my account was permanently closed.
I would’ve been happy with a capped redeem, or if they paid out in installments.
I could have humbly accepted a denial based on their sheer lack of determination/utter failure to verify my residential address and unwillingness to respond to my inquiries. I would have happily spent months trying to satisfy their paper trail while they could have eventually compiled enough funds to award my redemption.
But instead they chose to blanket statement ban me based on inaccurate, absurd, accusations.
So, now I feel I’m duty bound to fellow players to leave this review, so they can avoid being rugged.
