Great service from James, quick, efficient and comprehensive.

We were recommended to James to undertake a Level 3 survey on an old property we were planning to buy. He was very efficient, quick and we received a very thorough report within a week of the inspection. Have no hesitation in recommending James and his company.

James was invaluable in helping us with a party wall award relating to our neighbours’ building works, which involved a lot of disruption to our garden. He picked up considerable errors in the notices we had been served with and ensured the correct, detailed approach was followed throughout the process, which was a big relief for us. James was a pleasure to deal with, quick to act and we felt we could trust him fully. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
