Compared to other online doctors I have…
Compared to other online doctors I have used in the past, you can’t make an appointment, you log in and get to speak with a doctor after a few minutes- I think it would be easier to be able to make an appointment.
I also think there would be an app to support the service and that any messages or prescriptions should be accessible on your account and not a case of it disappearing afterwards.
Wouldn’t have found the doctors particularly friendly or empathetic and they seem to dole out antibiotics like they are smarties! On a couple of occasions I was referred to my own doctor for nothing serious which was disappointing.
Overall the service is handy if you are really stuck but it certainly wouldn’t replace your usual GP.

It took the doctor ages to even take…
It took the doctor ages to even take the call, he then obviously didn’t listen properly and declined any context-sensitive advice/treatment & when I tried to set up another video call (3 times!!!) and it was finally accepted, I didn’t even get a video consultation but just could download a consultation summary (1p.) which stated my and his name but was essentially an empty piece of paper

Since it has become very hard to get an appointment with a local GP, it's great to be able to talk to a doctor whenever you need to.

Extremely comprehensive outpatients cover
Vigo Health Level 3 is extremely comprehensive outpatients cover. You can claim immediately for each individual expense and they pay very promptly. I’m a medical card patient, but a lot is not fully covered by it and I often have to make partial payments, which are reimbursable by Vigo Health and this was a pleasant surprise I didn’t expect on joining. Their Text a Doctor and Text a Nurse services and virtual clinic are available almost immediately and are great for advice that gives peace of mind, when that’s all you need if it takes ages to get an appointment in reality sometimes. These services being so readily available were the main reason I joined, but have found so much more that I’m delighted I did so. They even cover the Calm App subscription fee.

Costumer service is really helpful
Costumer service is really helpful. The two problems I had were solved in within a day.
The claims system is easy, online and they never argue with anything. Great price and definitely recommended.

The only criticism that I would have is that Vigo health do not provide any infertility services except the initial consultations.
