Don't waste your money
Vigo cover very little. I had physio with a registered practitioner and Vigo refused to cover the cost. While other providers do cover the cost of this physio.
I had a second incident that Vigo also didn't cover the cost of. It was an out patient treatment, but Vigo didn't consider as out patient so refused to cover it.
Read the fine print very carefully - what Vigo consider day-to-day health needs are very, very limited.

Worth the money, but sometimes hard to get an online GP appointment.
I’ve gotten all the money back that I’ve claimed with no issues. The only problem is the ask a GP area can take a while to load and sometimes it’s hard to find an online GP appointment in the near future.

They have been extremely helpful so far. It's so easy to get in touch with them and to make claims. I feel more comfortable just asking a nurse through the chat about simple things before deciding whether to see a GP or not

Brilliant Health plan
I signed up for VIGO Health in August, as it was exactly something I had been looking for, and I am glad I did. As it was new with very little reviews I wasn't sure, but I'm not disappointed in the slightest. It provides everything that is promised and claims are easy to upload and processed within a week or so. Definitely worth it!

The best insurance ever!

- body massages
- hospital visits
- CT scans
and their online Service is very good and punctual!
