I am not sure what happened to this company, but there is a DISTINCT change in the customer service. I have sent probably 100 cases of wine over the years to be sold on the site and never have had any issues with getting accurate reports in a timely manner. And if there was an issue, it was a quick call that got my question answered. Now, NO ONE answers the phone!! The reports are late and give little information. I am actually being a little generous giving 2 stars.

Vinfolio offers great wine choices and competitive prices. The individual we work with knows us and recommends wines based on that knowledge. He also gives us opportunities to try new wines and champagnes. If there is ever a problem, they stand behind the sale and take steps necessary to fix the issue. We've been buying great wines from Vinfolio for over a decade.

Last time I've tried to send bottles to NYC it didn't work. Not your fault... I'm brazilian and had a quick trip to NY.. it was a short window and close to Thanksgiving.. Next time it will work!

Wine that I ordered on pre-arrival finally arrived and I asked to have it shipped 2-day and my credit card was charged ($120) for the shipping, and that was over a week ago and still no wine. Leaves me wondering if I got scammed.

After making contact, my wine was shipped overnight and they credited my card for the shipping. So in the end I got some awesome wine for my home cellar. Just wish I didn't have to go round in circles to get it.

I have really enjoyed working with all the Vinfolio folks over the past several years! Sarah, Frank, Duncan Keith & Carter (when he was with the staff). All of you have been more than helpful with the spreadsheets that you have provided to help me keep tabs on my wine shipments!! Keep up the fantastic job all you Vinfolio folks!!

Very good service and responsive staff. I don’t like taking delivery in California because of the high local sales tax, which puts Vinfolio at a competitive disadvantage.
