My sincere apologies. The former negative shipping review was for another company sharing a similar name that ships UPS and was a total fail.
I've had absolutely no issues with orders or shipping from Vinfolio.

Not that great when compared to other wine shops
(Compared to my experience with K&L, Hi Time, Benchmark)
Not a great system overall. I was not notified when my pre-arrival purchased arrived. I happened to check on it and turned out it arrived 2.5 months ago and I didn't receive any notification.
When shipped, the package was not shipped to the shipping address I requested. It caused delivery exception and a 4-day delay. When it comes to wine, I don't like to have my wine held by couriers for too long due to possible mishandling or hot weather. This may cause damage that I won't find out until years down the road.

Awaiting the refund since June, 2021
Hello! since my order bottles of Dom Perignon Wild Panther Rose and received a mail that is not available for me, I kindly requested to mr David Greenwald, the total refund to my card account, but there is no response about it and neither news for when will be did.
What a shame!

No problems buying wines but need some work on receipt and inventory in Vinfolio storage.
I have not had any problems with the purchase of wines from Vinfolio. I have had some problems of when the wines are delivered to storage and inventoried into my account. This process can take 1 - 2 months to inventory wines

Lovely well meaning staff
Lovely well meaning staff. The systems/processes seem to fail Vinfolio at most turns. The backlog to put delivered stock on the system or to move or sell stock is not fit for purpose. I do not have confidence in my wine stored numbers.
