Unacceptable service
After almost one month, no resolution of the problem nor an update of the situation! Basically, I gave paid wines and at the mercy of Vinfolio to enjoy them!

Wine stuck in storage with no way to get it out
I have an outstanding delivery request for over a month. After repeated contacts to customer service there is still no date and no clarity on when the delivery will happen. Completely unacceptable approach towards service levels and basic customer support.

Group Event
Our group event required Vinfolio to ship to 30 different locations with short notice and they did a great job of getting it right. All boxes were delivered on time and in good shape.

Great Wine Shop, Storage Facility and Wine Cellar Management Software
I have been a multi-services customer of Vinfolio for close to 20 years and am a huge fan. I store wine with them, shop for hard to find bottles, and use their software to manage my collection. Highly recommended on all counts!

Difficult to interact with the storage company.
Its actually hard to to navigate the vincellar experience.
Also, i get three reminders a day to review vinfolio. Feels like they are spamming me to review them, when i spent over a year trying to contact them to store my wine.

Horrible experience. I ordered bottle of wine, they delayed the shipment over and over. I never received the wine.
