First pair of shoes I’ve bought where my feet weren’t in pain breaking them in. I really love the texture of the leather. And they came so nicely packaged as well!

The mules are beautiful. The issue is that the shoes are very narrow. To the point where sizing up would be just narrow and long. Its just too narrow, I wanted to love these.

Fuss free experience but sizing a bit haywire. Bought usual size but a tad big for my loafer. Delivery was fast and reached me very fast

I think the shoes that I received that just magnificent beautiful but the thing is they are too big mostly for my right hand side foot

The shoes are beautiful but you definitely need to size down. These run at least .5UK bigger than what you get. Sent back for an exchange and waiting to hear back atm.

Vinny did it again. Purchased yet another pair of Vinny’s loafers. A devotee to Yardees, but this time tried Bobbee in brown suede.

Was hesitant to order online without trying them on first, but the sizing guide was spot on - ordered my usual size and the fit was perfect straight out of the box. The quality genuinely surprised me: solid construction, premium feel, nothing like the fast-fashion stuff that falls apart after a season. And the delivery was faster than expected - ordered on a Tuesday, had them by Thursday. No hassle, no waiting around. VINNYS has officially earned a repeat customer.

Have now walked with my loafers for a couple of months. Really great quality of the loafers that feels better and better.

I give 4 stars for the shoe but 5+ stars for your customer service.

I had an issue with the stitching on 1 of my shoes after just two weeks.
I emailed the customer service explaining the issue(with some added pictures).
They responded quickly and stated that this is not what the brand Vinny stands for. they offered to send me a new pair which I gladly accepted, because I love the shoes!
They are good looking and comfortable.

This will not be my last pair with Vinny!

After 3 weeks plus , i still did not receive my sandals that i bought for my honeymoon trip ! And i am being bombarded by emails of how good they are !
When i sent multiple emails to see if there is a problem, i get the same automated response with the tracking link . I called UPS and was surprised that was not delivered because it was too big to fit in the locker ! This is totally the company problem , they chose the delivery company and the delivery to a locker option ! (and their mess up is another story because i was not contacted to mention the locker problem ) . They charge premium prices and these kinds of problems are not acceptable. I cant speak for the product because i never got it !
Update : after this post , the company did contact me and they apologised for the problem wish was completely the fault of UPS . I did resolve the problem myself and went to ups center myself to retrieve it .
The sandals though are gorgeous and the build quality is top notch!
