Overall good everything was fine & well done

Ben and Oscar removed all old insulation and boarding. They replaced both with high quality materials
They were polite, conscientious and very tidy- clearing away all rubbish as they went. They took all old insulation and boarding away from my house. The job was completed in a good time span and am extremely pleased with the result. I highly recommend Viridian as a company and thankyou to Ben and Oscar for an amazing job. The cost was reasonable too and not as expensive as I thought it would be. Can already feel the difference in my house and the boarding wood used is lovely

Excellent from start to finish!

The price was exactly as shown on their website. Matt came to check that our loft was suitable for the work, and we were booked in for the following week. The young men who completed the work were polite and friendly. They covered the floor before starting, confirmed where we wanted the loft boarding, explained the process, and showed us the completed work at the end to ensure we were happy (We were delighted!). A very professional company that we highly recommend.

Everything went totally to plan. The surveying, the booking of the actual work. The on-site contractors were efficient, pleasant and very competant, They left our house in good tidy condition, No Compliants.

Very efficient company from staff in the office on our initial and subsequent contact, to Matt who surveyed our property and Ben and Barney who carried out the work. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful throughout, the work was estimated quickly and carried out within a short time of us accepting the estimate. At the conclusion of the work Matt returned and carried out an on site inspection. On our experience we have no hesitation in recommending Veridian.

Having had a new combi boiler, the water tank in our loft was removed so we finally had access to a large area we couldn't previously get to. We rang Viridian and a few days later Mark came to take a look. He was very professional and quoted a price we were happy with. The work was carried out 2 days later as they had a cancellation. Barney and Ben did an excellent job which we are over the moon with. They were polite, lovely to have around, did a first rate job, showing us every stage and left everywhere clean and tidy. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you all at Viridian! One very happy husband and one much less cluttered cottage!

Octopus Energy provided us with a list of approved local insulation providers and we found Viridian included on the list and also doing very well on Checkatrade. They responded very promptly and we were visited for a survey on our unusual 2/3 story house, built on a slope, which we accepted. The challenging work was completed over two days including a cavity clean and fill. I was initially concerned about the height of the house and ladders, however, the guys had all the safety gear, which they used and they all went away intact having done a grand job. So well done Viridian.
And as a post note.....I think the house might be warmer too!

The guys arrived when they said they would and the insulation was carried quickly via holes drilled in the external walls. They cleaned up and refilled the holes. We could definitely feel the difference in temperature in the utility room straight away. Very pleased with the work carried out and would definitely recommend these guys. 10/10
