The Virusdie team has always been quick to respond and ready to assist.

I had a redirect malware issue which was recurring. I provided the team with the samples and they quickly added the signatures to the database. They were also willing to login and assist with identification and cleanup.

Great product. My Wordpress site got hacked and this tool help me clean up quickly. The firewall option are helpful too.

My main reason for buying Virusdie was because it scans inside images. I'd had a very bad (and expensive) experience in the past while trying to sort out someone's site where some images were infected with a stegoploit.

More recently it picked up on a vulnerability in the latest update of a piece of software on the site. The warning from Virusdie also contained links to information about the vulnerability and how to fix it, with links to what needed to be downloaded and replaced.

I have only needed to ask then for help a few times, but each time the response has been incredibly fast.

Best investment I've made in 20 years of website management!

My consulting business (waterdsevelopment.com) manages multiple client sites on our own server. A malware attack had shut down one of them and blacklisted it. VirusDie fixed everything = QUICKLY!
Moreover, they have kept all the sites up and running, and their communication and response times are great.

I had a domain that was infected with malware and was blacklisted by facebook. I was looking for a website antivirus/antimalware but most of the services being offered were ridiculously expensive.

I stumbled on virusdie and decided to give it a go. The domain in question had to be manually cleaned by one of their experts. 24 hours later, everything was sorted and I was able to get my domain removed from facebook's blacklist and was able to resume advertising.

On top of an already great product, here's another one of those software teams that take the extra step to deliver customer satisfaction.

I had a client who had let their Wordpress plugins get old and out of date, I'm assuming this is how the virus got into the website.

The VirusDie team went in, located the virus and removed it, saving the company 100s of dollars and potentially having to rebuild the entire website.

I have licenses with other security services, plus a maintenance contract with my hosting company, but it was VirusDie that saved the day, in fact it took a lot less than a day.
