They delivered my two times wrong mattress. I bought a full-foam mattress but it was half coil and half foam, they charged me for a full-foam mattress.

Very rough customer service. They have dual customer services, who know the law they treat them well but all other customers are being treated like World War II prisoners.

Do not buy from this company, please.

Absolutely terrible company! Bought a mattress and they gave me the wrong item. I have made several complains and calls but they refuse to replace and now they don't even respond. Stay away from this company like your life depends on it.

Van arrived last week but no mattress on it for me. Told to contact XPD but I paid Viscotherapy for item AND delivery, I don't know XPD! It is now Wednesday and I need the mattress by Friday at the latest for guest arriving. Can I get a refund if its not turned up by Friday ?

After three years all pocket springs came out on one side of the double mattress 2000 springs. I tried to contact the manufacturer but they didn't issue any refund. Nobody left any leaflet inside of the product to extend the warranty till 5 years.

Ordered a Bed and it did not arrive, no customer service from OnBuy, Visco Therapy (the seller), or the XDP delivery service. 5 days overdue, tracking hasn't changed in 6 days, and i can't get any information about what is happening with the item from any of the 3 companies involved.

Memory Foam 5000 - Two week review/experience. Not the thickest of the range but in my limited experience so far very comfortable and have had some of the best nights sleeping for years. Has even helped with gradual increase of aches and pains I have had last few years, like it's turned back my body clock a couple of years. Little if any in way of "offgassing" that some people experience with memory foam mattresses. Time will tell if this mattress (purchased via Amazon) will continue to perform.

Purchased a Visco Therapy mattress from Amazon 3 years ago with a 5 year warranty, the mattress has sunk in the middle and is causing back ache, contacted Amazon and they said the warranty is with Visco Therapy, contacted them and they first told me to complain to Amazon and when I told them I had they said when you buy the mattress you have to register it with them for the warranty to run, I told her that it didn't say that on the Amazon website so she said theres nothing they can do !! very poor customer service and would not but from them again.
