We used Norbert recently when moving house - it ended up being more work than anticipated. Can’t recommend him enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and very good at what he does. Great communication, efficient, tidy and reasonably priced. We felt he went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend and we will definitely be using him again in the future!

Contacted via the online form. Received a callback within a couple of hours (it was a non urgent issue) and arranged a time. Received confirmation when he was 45 minutes away. Work was assessed and carried out the next day. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

I called Vision Plumbing as I could hear water gushing underneath my kitchen. He was able to attend quickly, and found and resolved the issue at a reasonable price. It required cutting into the bottom of one of my kitchen cabinets and he took great care to ensure that it could be mended as easily as possible. I highly recommend their services.

Be aware: the directors/owners of PM247 (who Vision Plumbing work for) had a previous company called Property Care Solutions, they were exposed on BBC Watchdog (using hidden cameras) as a scam company that preyed on the old and vulnerable. After that expose, the company dissolved and the directors set up this company, PM247. They are using the same bullying tactics and intimidation that they used before. So be aware, and remember that google and Companies House records are your friends, do some research. And if you have been unlucky enough to come across this company yourself, report them to Trading Standards.

Vision Plumbing; why are you questioning my review; do you get the police called out about your violent behaviour so much that you cannot remember one from the other? Just asking

Vision Plumbing (Norbert Barna) came to my house to fix a dripping stopcock, he was sent by PM247 plumbers, he completely falsified a job, said the stop cock needed replacing when it did not, it just needed the Gland nut tightening.
To say that the work he did after that was a complete joke would be an understatement, instead of correctly replacing the pipework he took out, he basically forced a straight piece of pipework between two pipes that did not line up, bent the input water pipe and joined them together with a plastic clip on joint. You could see the plastic joint bending.
He left telling me all was fine, I could see it was not, water was leaking from two joints at the top and bottom.
When I touched the new stopcock the leak got worse.
I knew I was left with a serious problem so got a local plumber to come and assess the work, basically he said he has never seen such poor work, he could not repair it and had to take it all out and do it properly. To make matters worse he examined the old stopcock that was removed and told me it was all good, did not need replacing and that all the washers and joints were working fine and just a nut needed tightening, and basically told me I had been scammed. I asked for an invoice from PM247 (who sent Vision Plumbing) detailing the work and why the work was done. I have not received one yet, although I have received threatening letters telling me bailiffs will be round and they will be issuing a county court summons. Not sure how a company in collusion with Vision Plumbing can turn up at your house, invent a non existent job, complete work that is so poor that it needs to be redone as a matter of urgency and then expect to get paid an extortionate price for it.
And then it gets better!
A couple of weeks later Norbert Barna (i.e. Vision Plumbing) turned up at the house banging and kicking the front door, telling me I’m going to pay him there and then or I will be in big trouble and I will regret it, basically threatening me. He then blocked my cars in on the drive and very illegally turned off my mains water. Once he calmed down, I showed him the photos of his poor work and bent pipes, the report from the plumber etc. but he would not have it and wanted to come in and see that the work had been replaced, big mistake by me, he came into the house looked at the new pipework, then went into overdrive and would not leave threatening me and my wife (holding our two year old granddaughter) with violence if we touched him. At this point my wife was so frightened that she phoned 999 and asked for some police assistance (I have an official crime number). He left at that point but still stood on the drive threatening all sorts of trouble. The police then arrived made him turn on the water and made him leave.
So that is the sort of person you will be dealing with, Norbert Barna is a very violent and intimidating thug who threatens women and small children with violence when you question his very poor standard of workmanship.

I have reported Norbert Barna and PM247 to trading standards and apparently they are getting quite a name for themselves, so just be aware.

Norbert was one of several emergency plumbing services I rang overnight after being disappointed by another plumber when seeking assistance for a burst pipe.

He was the first to return my call on a Sunday, arrived withing 30 minutes as promised and completely resolved this situation in under 2 hours. This level of service is a rare find in our neighborhood.

Cannot fault this Company. Called at 5.30am due to a burst pipe not only did Norbert turn up within 30 mins but got to the route of the problem extremely quickly and fixed it despite having to replace some very old piping. Extremely knowledgeable and even contacted me again that evening to check that everything was still OK. Would definitely recommend this Company.

Called on their services in an emergency and Norbert arrived within the hour, diagnosed the problem with speed and efficiency and effected a full repair of our entire drainage system - excellent, 1st class service and a real pleasure. Norbert explained every stage of the works as he went along and obtained our permission prior to carrying out any works - I would definitely recommend his services.
