I can highly recommend Norbert, this is the second time I have used his service and both times he has been quick and efficient. Fixing a radiator and replacing my shower system to run of the mains. Very professional.

Norbert is absolutely fantastic. He is methodical and extremely knowledgable. A few plumbers had previously told me I needed a whole new toilet, but Norbert insisted it could be repaired and now it works like a dream. We have used Norbert's services several times for various plumbing related jobs including installing new bathroom fittings (bath and sink taps, bath screen, plug hole fittings), repairing a kitchen leak and solving a dishwasher issue. He has been excellent, and he has even helped us out with a few randomn DIY tasks too. He is generous with his time and knowledge, reasonably priced, efficient, flexible/helpful, and is thorough and tidy in his work. We would definitely recommend Norbert and will go back to him in future.

I have used their services twice and have been very happy with their work quality and prices. Not only they completed the job quickly but I was kept informed throughout the process and was told about any potential issues I might have in the future.
I upgraded my kitchen and made few changes to tap / filter / dishwasher/ washer dryer. Also they helped me fix the leak I had in my bathroom. Will definitely use them again.

Norbert was excellent. He came and fitted out washer/drier and dishwasher, including running the new plumbing for the dishwasher and dismantling the cupboard where the dishwasher was to go, ensuring the kitchen units and bench were still stable when he finished.
He also installed an outdoor tap for us.
He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and well priced. He explained everything to me so I know more about the under sink pipe work than I ever thought I would.
The only constructive feedback I’d give is that there was quite a bit of debris created by his work and it would have been an extra nice touch to have this cleaned up and the packaging from the white goods to be taken away for us.
10/10 would definitely use him again.
