I ordered quite a few items from vitaaging. I had shipped this item to my friends house because she was travelling there (USA) to pick up her stuff (she was moving back to Canada) timing was vital for me to receive the shipment. I contacted the company to find out when my shipment would arrive, but UPS was not updating them promptly. I was panicking because I wasn’t going to receive my package, but vitaaging asked if there was another address I could forward it to in order to be sure I’d receive it. They were able to do this and I am so thankful they went over and above what they needed to. Highly recommend this company for their customer service!

I placed an order with Vita Aging because I urgently needed a doctor-recommended supplement for a loved one, and this was one of the only websites claiming to have it in stock while most others were sold out. Because of that, I ordered immediately.

Over a week passed with absolutely no movement or updates on my order. I had to reach out myself just to find out that the product is actually out of stock at the manufacturer’s end and they are “waiting for availability.”

So why was it listed as in stock in the first place?

What makes this even more frustrating is that nobody bothered to contact me and let me know they actually dont have it "on stock". I only found out after chasing them for an update myself. If I had known they didn’t actually have the product available, I would have ordered from a different website instead of wasting over a week waiting for nothing.

For a company selling health-related products, this level of poor communication and misleading stock information is unacceptable. Don’t advertise products as available if you cannot fulfill the order.

Very disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend.

I have made several purchases with vitaaging.com through shop app. This is the company I keep coming back to. Their products are easy to purchase, shipped out quick, and bottles have great expiration date. The packages are packed very well. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality supplements.
