Gemma Owen I urge you to stop endorsing this company they are ripping off innocent people. I’m sure you receive all your freebies on tap and on time, but the reality is disgusting. I ordered on the strength of one of Gemma’s post and then belatedly read the reviews. I informed Vita grace within 30 minutes of placing my order I wished to cancel due to their horrendous reviews. I had absolutely no reply for 4 weeks and then was told it was to late to cancel and because the items I chose were pre order it would be a 4 week delivery time, completely ignoring that I had already waited 4 weeks. It’s now over 8 weeks that I placed my order and they are still not replying to correspondence. I’m now putting it in Visas hands. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a dress in June, its now nearly September and still hasn't arrived and worse still they won't reply to me. Don't order from this company.

Wish I’d came here sooner! Like many others I ordered a pair of shoes paid for express air delivery. Item in stock. Checked delivery times. Should take a maximum (including order processing/turn around) of 7 days. Supposed to be shipped within 2 working days, It’s been two weeks and they’re still preparing my order. I reached out to the company direct and I’m yet to receive a response. Abysmal I thought long and hard about the purchase as it was a lot of money and decided to treat myself as they’re “so me” which I never ever do! Thought I was buying quality but judging by all the other receivers this seems to be a cheap fake company posing as a high end fashon brand.

I bitterly regret not checking Trustpilot before ordering from Vita Grace.

My order arrived late, following a thoroughly deceptive pre-order process and delayed dates. Unfortunately, the delivery was only the beginning of this dreadful experience.

I ordered four dresses, all in exactly the same size, UK8. Two were enormous and two were tiny. The sizing bore no meaningful relation either to the label or to one another. The quality was equally shocking: unfinished buttonholes, poor construction and one garment so absurdly long that, despite my being 5ft 6in, the skirt extended at least 30cm beyond my toes. Nothing remotely justified the prices or the polished images online.

The returns process is almost breathtaking in its hostility to customers. Vita Grace presents itself to British shoppers through a UK-facing website, yet returns must be sent to Dubai. Customers are given an extraordinarily restrictive seven day return window and required to use DHL. Returning these poor-quality, inconsistently sized items cost me £58.

To make matters worse, DHL required a local telephone number. As Vita Grace publishes no usable customer-service number, I contacted the company through its Instagram account and eventually was sent 055-152-9331. Which is turns out is a fake invalid number!

I nevertheless completed the return correctly and have DHL confirmation that it was delivered. Vita Grace has provided no acknowledgement of the returned goods, no meaningful communication and, at the time of writing, no refund. I have therefore had to turn to AMEX to help recover my money.

This is not merely disappointing service. It is an entirely unacceptable way to treat customers: unclear fulfilment, dreadful quality control, wildly inconsistent sizing, an expensive and obstructive overseas returns process, invalid contact information and then silence once the goods have been returned.

No reputable online retailer should operate like this. Vita Grace should be shut down, or at the very least not be accepting orders while existing customers are being left without their goods, their refunds or even the basic courtesy of a response.

Please learn from my mistake and avoid this company like the plague.

Do not use this company . They have still not despatched an order that was paid for on June 20.
Express shipping paid . They claim it was pre order so it would be sent on July 30.

Still nothing by Aug 24 other than made up lies saying it is due to be shipped on Aug 31 but may be delayed .

I have e mails saying otherwise.

Customer service is disgraceful with automated responses.

This is a beyond awful company. I made an order at the beginning of July with the promise for it to be despatched on 24th July. I wasn't notified at all when the pre-order waiting time was extended for another 4 weeks. That's a 8 whole weeks without any communication from customer service and no goods received. I asked CS to issue a refund but I got an auto-email response which stated their pre-order policy which only mentioned that there would be a delay of up to 5 days, not 4 to 5 weeks. From the reviews, it seems like this happened to many other customers.

I raised a Paypal dispute and thankfully Paypal managed to get me my money back. Your only hope is to raise a chargeback / dispute with your payment provider

It’s been a month waiting for the order. 4 emails sent, no reply.
I wish I would have read the reviews before.

SCAM 6 WEEKS NO GOODS NO ANSWER FOR EMAIL PHONE DEAD

This company has gone into liquidation. They are taking people's money and not sending out the items. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!!!

Shocking company, no dress TEN WEEKS after ordering! Refuse refund. AVOID

I tried to return an item in Dubai. The warehouse was locked, with nobody there to receive, no phone number to call and therefore the courier had to return the item to me. Nobody responds to email or the website contact form. How are you supposed to return an item and get a refund if there is no communication on any channel?? What a shambles for customer service. I have ordered a few items preciously, but I wont be ordering again.

Habe am 16. Juni 2 Kleider im Wert von fast 450,-€ bestellt - bis heute ist NICHTS angekommen!!! Keine Reaktion vom Kundenservice! Denke der Shop ist Fake, da z.B. die Kommentarfunktion in Insta auch deaktiviert ist.
Habe Anzeige erstattet und GOTT sei Dank von Klarna mein Geld wieder bekommen als ich die Anzeige dort eingereicht habe.

Scam! Worst company to order from.
No dress and taken my money. No response from company. Do not order. Instagram is fake as well. No one to speak to. Ridiculous

I’ve had a terrible experience with Vita Grace. Their customer service has been completely unresponsive. I’ve been following up for over 2 weeks and have received no reply, which I find incredibly unprofessional.

The returns process is also not sensible for international customers, as you are expected to pay customs costs to ship items back to the UAE. It makes what should be a straightforward return unnecessarily difficult and expensive.

It’s a shame because their clothes are cute, but the overall experience has been so poor that I would not shop with them again. I would recommend staying away unless they significantly improve their customer service and returns process.

Ordered a coord on pre order 2nd July was due to be dispatched 30 July I have had no update and despite several attempts to contact them I have had no response please do not waist your money I wish I had checked the reviews on this website before ordering as I’m now 280 out of pocket

Please do not be tempted to purchase from Vita Grace. You wait an age for the good and the sizes are totally inconsistent. To top it off returning items too small cost me £39 in postal costs and then Vita Grace wouldn’t accept the delivery so the returned package with tracker was all sent back to me 5 weeks later. I sent proof of the attempted return delivery and Vita Grace will now won’t answer my e mails.

Total scam company. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I ordered 3 dresses in June totalling £500.00. I then read the reviews on here and immediately tried to cancel but was told it was too late, despite it being about 30 minutes after I ordered. I have chased by email about 10 times. The dresses arrived today, 2 months after I ordered and are no longer required. I have gone onto the return page on the website and it says its not possible for me to return 2 of the dresses. They were not in the sale, I paid full price. I have contacted Vita Grace again by email but if any of the last emails are anything to go by they will probably ignore me and then I will be out of the 7 days return period. This is an absolutely shocking company, avoid at all costs.

First time I actually am wasting time to write a review on something. Worst online purchase experience ever and keep in mind that I have been an online shopper for a long time.
Bought my order on the 1st of May, I read that the order was in 'pre-order' status, but it also mentioned that it would be dispatched on the 20th of May. Passed one week after the indicative dispatch date, nothing ... Contacted customer service, they replied to me after a few days saying that they had an issue but that my order would be sent on the 10 of June. Passed the new shipping date, still no shipping, sent another email to the customer service, they replied after a few days saying something like we will check the issue with our 'fulfilment team', whatever that means, but no new shipping date. Than passed until July no reply and no shipping date... Sent another email, they started to ghost me. Than I did what I should have done before, I tried to reverse the charge on my credit card, 3 days after I started that process they, updated the order with a shipping code, although nothing was shipped. Than like 20 days later they actually shipped the order. And I received my order and everything was good. So girls keep this in mind, they are scammers, they are actually scammers, I really believe that they only sent me this order because I tried to reverse the charges. Ahhhh and you know also the worst part? everything that I bought full price, by the time the order was sent was like 50% discounted. SCAMMERS
