I also placed an order with Vita Grace on August 5th. The item was clearly advertised as a pre-order, with an estimated dispatch date between August 20th and 25th.
Today is August 27th and my order still has not been dispatched. I have also tried to contact Vita Grace regarding my order, but I have not been able to get a response.
I have now submitted a complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities in Dubai, as Vita Grace has a distribution hub/business presence in Dubai.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that my order has still not been dispatched within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

Ordered a dress for my wedding still no update 2 months after order
No clear information on when it would be delivered and when I found it was a preorder, they then changed the date since twice… with informing us
Tried to contact them but no answer
Had to find an other solution for my wedding

Still waiting for my order which I placed almost 2 months ago!!! I sent 3 emails and haven't received a reply. Will never order from them again!! I consider my money lost.

Niet bestellen. Je betaald 18 euro aan verzendkosten, om vervolgens 3 weken te wachten en nog invoerrechten van 25 euro te moeten betalen. Zou niet erg zijn als het ook goed was, maar de kleding valt klein, schijnt door en is het allemaal net niet. Terugsturen is niet echt een optie omdat je dan nog een keer 25 euro moet betalen voor invoerrechten, 18 voor verzending en wellicht nog een restocking fee.

Als je de klantenservice mailt met de vraag of zij geen goede oplossing weten, wordt er gewoon niet gereageerd.

Kortom, overpriced, dure verzending, extra invoerrechten die niet vooraf vermeld zijn, kleding is niet wat je ervan mag verwachten voor die prijs. Van de klantenservice moet je het niet hebben.

Return Process is impossible. They do not provide a phone number. I have returned a few items and the delivery company is calling me every day that there is no one at the address, they cannot do the return. Vita grace has no contact phone number and does not respond on emails. Almost every clothing piece was too small. So make sure to size up if you really want to order and do not send returns as it costs you money and time and in the end with no return even possible.

I placed an order on the 21 march and still did not receive any shipping confirmation. I tried contacting them 3 times via email, DM and wrote a comment under their instagram & tiktok posts and no one is replying!!!

This is scamer. Ordered something - card charged immediately and have had zero updates. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update and everything has been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I honestly thought I had just lost my money—ordered on March 29th and nothing arrived until May 22nd! That said, the dress and the linen shirt and shorts set I ordered are absolutely beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures.

They definitely need to improve their delivery times and stick to the pre-order dates they promise. Email replies are also quite slow. However, I did accidentally order the wrong size, and when I emailed them, I received a helpful reply offering a refund within 12 hours, which was a pleasant surprise.

One thing to note: returns are to Dubai, so unless you're ready to deal with that hassle, you should be prepared to keep whatever you order.

Overall, I have mixed feelings. The clothes are gorgeous, but the uncertainty and long wait times make me hesitant to order again.
