SCAM SCAM SCAM!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!
On Sept. 5 , 2022, we called vitalityweb.com, talked to a person named Lalo. We told him we need a chair that will lay down all the way back. He said he had the perfect chair. He assured us that we can return the chair if we are not satisfied. When the chair arrived, it was immediately clear that we have been lied to by Lalo. He had incorrectly stated that this chair does recline all the way back. He said that the chair was extremely comfortable. The chair was extremely uncomfortable and did not recline anyway near all the way back. We called him to return the chair and he said that there is a trick you can do the chair to make it go back further. He proceeded to tell us how to rig the chair in order to lay back further. Even with this trick, the chair did not recline anywhere near all the way back. At this point, we realized Lalo had said anything it took to get us to purchase the chair, even blatant lies. We then ask for a refund and we were told that we have to pay a restocking fee and shipping that amounted to hundreds of dollars. We returned the chair in the exact new condition it arrived in. It has been exactly two months we still not have received the refund. We talked to Lalo and Philip. They both told us multiple times that the refund was going to be issued. Today (Nov. 28, 2022) we called Philip again. He told us the refund department is off-site and he had no way to contact them except email them. This sounded totally bogus. We deserve a 100% refund because we were lied to initially about the performance of this product. If we had known the recliner would not lay all the way back we would not have purchased it to begin with. Both Lalo and Philip knew this. This company is a scam. They will say anything to get you to send them money which you will never get back. SCAM!
