The seeds came very quickly and I was very happy with the quality of them, especially the cucumber and courgettes which did really well last year! The mixed lettuces were wonderful too: they tasted great and were beautiful in colour and texture. I even had a friend complimenting their flavour. The flower seeds and second spring set of seeds were also really good. I try to only buy organic seeds and I was very happy to find organic Pak Choy and Tat Soi seeds here. I highly recommend this company for ethical and organic seeds and I like to support small companies too.

Very speedy response when ordering seeds. Items are carefully packed and seeds almost always germinate. I buy from Vital Seeds because I agree with their ethos. Their sowing instructions are clear and whenever I can I save seeds from the plants which grow from their seeds. Following generations of seeds germinate too. This delights me.

I love vital seeds and have ordered from them multiple times. The seeds are great quality, they arrive quickly and it feels as though every detail has been thought through. The newsletters are packed full of helpful advice and tips. They make great gifts, the gift cards make it super easy and my personal favourite is the seed sowing calendar that I have bought my mum for Christmas 3 years on the trot!

The guys at Vital seeds, provide great information each month, honest and practical. The service is very efficient. As the seeds they send out are grown in the UK, they are adapted to our climate rather than coming from abroad. So much more likely to be successful for you. The seeds also come in paper packets, which can go in the compost. A really great small independent company offering a wide range of different seeds.

I've been growing my own food for a few years now and haven't found any organic seeds as robust and ful of vitality as those from vital seeds.

These are very careful people who know seeds and gardening. Their price per seed might might seem a bit high but the results are always good and often terrific. The seeds are fresh, the varieties are robust and produce healthy specimens of great flavour and cooking quality;particularly the parsnips!

I love vital seeds they are my go to seed company. Organic seeds consistently germinate well, plenty of practical advice on the website, sensible/delightful packaging, easy to order, items come quickly. I have an allotment and like to grow flowers with my vegetables and they have a great selection of these too. And some quirky veg varieties.

I recently placed my first order with Vital Seeds and I supect I'll use them again. Despatch was prompt and the viability of the vegetable seed I ordered excellent - not sure I've ever had 100% germination across multiple tomato varieties. Even the agretti seed portion of my order is germinating well, which is not always the case with said seed. If my experience is typical of their service, I wish them well.
