It's particularly disappointing to read this, as you've used our nail nippers for many years. We were also sorry to learn of the issue through your review, as we didn't receive any direct contact from you beforehand. Bent tips or nippers that don't close correctly are not the standard we expect, and we'd like the opportunity to look into what has happened. If you could contact our customer support team and send us a few photos of the affected nippers, we'll investigate the issue and do everything we can to put things right.
