There is a snicky fee which is included with your first monthly payment of $25 for what they call a policy fee, nasty greedy , it dosent appear on thier invoice, just another way to get money out of you

We’re sorry the policy fee wasn’t clear to you. The fee is disclosed during the purchase process and is included in the breakdown of charges provided before a policy is purchased or renewed. That said, if it wasn’t sufficiently prominent in your experience, that’s useful feedback for us and something we'll review.
We work hard to keep our policies, pricing and customer experience as simple and transparent as possible, and feedback like this helps us continue improving how clearly we communicate every part of the cost.
