Excellent customer service. Thank you Ashleigh for your help buying a product that I would have got wrong.

All companies and suppliers are 5 star when things run smoothly, it's when things go wrong that defines who is 5 star. I had a problem with my delivery and contacted customer service who replied very fast and resent the items without delay. Thank you Vocal Star now have my goods and am very pleased with the product and more than pleased with the service I received.

Goods provided were as expected as ordered arrived in good condition good value too. Will purchase from vocal star in the future.

Excellent advice before purchase, and outstanding after-sales service.

returned an item for a refund on the 8th of December but still no contact from this company as of the 11/01/2025, they are very good and taking the money and sending out a poorly packed product but be careful if you want a return or refund. Will never use them again.

I purchased a new remote for a vs-800 it was quickly delivered and well package. The remote control is of excellent quality with all the right buttons and it feels good in my hand. It was easy on my pocket too.

Still not received

I Eventually got my DVDs (replacement)14 days after placing the order. I was told that the original parcel was lost in the (DPD) couriers system.
Vocal Star did eventually reply to my e-mail and all has now been sorted. However I am still not satisfied with inital lack of response via 01202 670929 but I suppose December is a busy time for all. I have been unable to assess the quality of the disc as my relative has departed for home with his CD + G player and without his half of the order however they are useless to me at the moment because they will not play other than the backing track on Karaoke5 or my Sony DVD player

Thank you for my order I was a little disappointed that the case ti one of my discs was smashed up but I will have to replace it but I believe that was done by the delivery guy not your Company so maybe next time use a bit more padding in your delivery bags.

Easy to order and great quality

Received extra cdg's which were great quality.

Poor customer support who do not carry simple parts. In a product less than a year old the power adapter has broken. Ashleigh would not assist with the receipt of proof of purchase so I offered to pay for the part. I was told to speak to a power adapter company as they can not help, despite it being less than 12 months.
Very poor experience!

Ashleigh is amazing! Daughter was let down (the night before), by a local Karaoke guy. Ashleigh did everything she could to make sure the 30th Birthday party wasn’t an abject disaster. Thank you SO much, Ash!!! A.
