Had a couple of domains to renewal but as I am new to how things work, Maulene was very helpful and walked me through the process. There's also a change in domain names and we arrived at how to migrate without to new domain name without losing legacy domain email traffic. Many thanks Maulene!

This is by far the worst company ever
This is by far the worst company ever, having been with them for over 15 years all they care us you click and renew every year. They fail to respond to enquiries, leave you high and dry when you need technical assistance, they want help you with DNS,MX or any other updates, I've lost emails, had months of down time and now they have lost my domain which I have owned for over 15 years which my whole company is built around as they failed to respond. If you like being put on online queue numbers, everything automated and zero customer response these are the people you need. I have been left with no choice but to take them to court. Shocking company, if you value your online business don't use vodien.

Website sped up when I left Vodien!
Vodien refused to diagnose when WP Rocket suspected my hosting speed was an issue. My backend slowed to a crawl. When I went to a different hosting provider, my speed shot up! Suffered unnecessarily for a time.
I previously posted a review here & left my case nos hoping Vodien would sit up but they didn’t bother to follow up. Sigh.

A puzzling problem arising from the need to merge accounts, was solved with great patience by the operator who was systematic and thorough.
