I enjoyed the spontaneity with which the resolved my issues, a service provider should be efficient as Voguepay.

Don't trust all the good reviews, they are scammers.

I love VoguePay platform because is flexible for payment and the platform have integrity when it comes to PAYMENT ISSUE. I made payment using their platform, it was not successful but I was debited. I sent them an e-mail and within 24hrs I recieved a response and solution to that. I am happy for that and I will continue to use their platform. Keep it up VoguePay.

I had my doubts but then, I decided to give them a try. Am glad I made the decision. The service was excellent and everything and went smoothly.

scamming and fraudulent company, they do not pay what they owe you no matter what always! you will get no money from them or answer back support is a joke they paid out for a while and after that stopped answering or paying bad enough customers were complaining about the processor being in Nigeria! and it is well-knowing for high-risk fraud country now make it worth they are making a very bad name for there self by not paying people out there money that they worked for do not use this company avoid at all cost

This is a fraud company, they look for any reason to refuse to pay funds, communicate with them, and always have to wait. Half a year has passed and they are still delaying the payment.

So your reply is very official and meaningless, because you can't tell me why I can't withdraw cash. I didn't commit any violations.

Les pire arnaqueurs que j'ai rencontrés, ils m'ont entubé en plus de 5000 euro depuis avant mars 2020 qu'ils refuse de me donner sous prétexte que je doit fournir des documents concernant ma marchandise ce qu'est pas de leurs ressort puisque ils ont déjà reçu plein de paiement venus de mes clients, ils ont pas hésité à accepter les paiements venus de mon site pour qu'en suite les garder pour eux.

Je cherche à contacter les organisme qui leurs permette de jouer avec l'argent des gens et de les arnaquer en suite comme Visa, MasterCardet autre pour essayer d'arrêter ces criminels, je suis pas le seul dans ce cas il y a plusieurs personnes à qui il est arrivé le même truc.

Ils disent que c'est hors de leurs volonté mais ils sont incapables de fournir le moindre document prouvant leurs dires.

J'écris cet avis pour vous prévenir contre ces arnaqueurs, ne croyez pas les avis favorables qui viennent tous de leurs employés qui vivent tous au Nigeria comme par hasard.

Scamming services, for months they continue to hold funds and refuse to release them. Keep making up excuses but even their skype contact has been away now for months. DO NOT TRUST

Feb 24, 2020, I was having difficulties withdrawing from Vogue PAY, they threw at me all possible compliance schemes they could but failed at all costs and processed a partial amount on my withdraw request in the middle of March. reading all the reviews on Trust Pilot you could see that several clients were having the same issue with them.  On the 18th of May I requested a withdrawal the still had some money in the account when it got declined only to find out that they have made changes to their Rolling Reserve policies NOW (26th of March to be precise). May I state that VoguePay need to notify all Clients/Merchants of these changes in advanced, but I was never notified, the transaction charges on their site are not the correct ones as in the middle of last year I was told we would have an increase to 5.5% from 3.8% for all EUR transactions, whether on their website it remains at 3.8%. Which they are misleading Clients and Merchants into agreeing for lower % then increasing them in the meantime once they have signed up with them. Now the 540 Days rolling reserve they have changed just to keep Merchants from Withdrawing funds and keeping the money for longer periods. When confronted all they could say was "We would like to apologize for the inconvenience the update may have generated for your business, please note that as stated in our previous mail, the withdrawal has been canceled and credited to your VoguePay wallet. We regret that the information was not communicated to you earlier on the card scheme extension period and would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed update.".  They have gone to great lengths to find loopholes and ways around securely holding funds from clients and I suggest who has money with Vogue to take legal actions and report to certain authorities these issues. We do not have a history of Chargebacks nor Bad Credit background check to keep our funds.
Now, most likely this review will be reported from VoguePay for breaching of Trustpilot guidelines as they have done with reviews bellow to hide their illegal activities.

Dear VOguepay Complient Team , You have to restitute all funds belong to merchant before your new compliancy . YOU CAN NOT HOLD FUNDS PRIOR THE NOTIFICATION . BUT YOU CAN HOLD FUND RECEIVED FROM THE DATE AFTER YOUR NOTIFICATION WITH LEGAL NOTIFICATION OF IT . SO VOGUEPAY PROCEDURE OF HOLDING FUNDS PRIOR THE NOTIFICATION IS ILLEGAL AND CONSIDERED AS SCAMMING ACTIVITIES OF VOGUEPAY .

SO I SUGGEST YOU TO RELEASE ALL FUNDS OF MERCHANTS PRIOR NOTIFICATION OF HOLDING AND ACCEPTED BY THE MERCHANTS . DO YOU HAVE SUCH LEGAL DOCUMENT OF THIS PROCESS . IF NOT YOU WILL BE DEFINITLY CONSIDERED AS SCAMMER COMPANY

Faut éviter cette entreprise qui vole l'argent de ces vendeurs, ils sont des voleurs ils ont volé mon argent , au debut ils m'ont dit qu'on accepte l'iptv etc ..., maintenant ils m'ont demandé une licence comme quoi vous avez le droit de vendre l'iptv, sinon je ne verrais jamais mon argent , et ils nous ont obligé à ouvrir un bureau virtual au nigeria avec 198 usd par an , sont des voleurs , si vous voulez pas êtres arnaqué , ne pas utiliser voguepay, et je connais un ami qui ont lui volé 10000 usd , je vais mettre les preuves dans une video sur youtube et dans mon blog .

ils disent qu'il ont reglé mon probleme ici aucun probleme n'est reglé il m'ont volé 1500 usd ils me disant qu'il faut attendre 540 jours pour retirer mon argent DES VOLEURS , faut éviter cette entreprise
ET en plus ces voleurs me menacent si je fais quoi que ce soit ils vont donner mes informations personnelles au mastercard et visa card pour qu'ils bloques mes comptes bancaires je vais poser plainte contre ces voleurs .
ILS ME MENACE , BIG SCAM , DES VOLEURS.

Il faut éviter cette entreprise des arnaques, j'ai plus de 500 $ dans mon wallet et quand je veux envoyer l'argent sur mon compte ils me bloque, je les ai appelé plus de 6 Fois et sans résultat.
