Adam was competitively priced and super efficient. His report for our home buyers level 2 survey was detailed and thorough. From our initial instruction to him providing the completed report was quick and hassle free. From my experience, I would recommend his services.

We chose Adam as the price for a L3 survey was competitive and we were impressed with his background and sample report. We found his communication, including the quotes, very genuine, down to earth and self aware (which others seem to lack by continuous spamming you with quotes, cancellation appointments etc. to get you to book).

Adam was very communicative and clear about potential delays due to the heatwave which we fully respected. The report still arrived in less time than advised and we were very impressed at the level of detail in the report. It was very thorough, easy to read/understand (particularly as two autistic individuals).

Highly recommend Adam at Volarex. He carried out a level 3 survey for a house we are planning to purchase as first-time buyers. Communication was clear and consistent in terms of what we should expect and what the whole process would involve.

We booked Adam at Volarex to carry out a Level 3 Survey on a Victorian terraced property we are buying in Exeter. We selected Adam based on the example report provided and his experience working with older and listed properties as noted on his CV.

The booking process was easy, costs were outlined clearly, and Adam was responsive to queries made ahead of booking.

The report was issued on time and was thorough and insightful. As first time buyers this provided us with reassurance we needed when looking to buy an older property.

The report was accompanied with various documents providing supplementary advice for the possible issues, maintenance, and renovation considerations for the specific characteristics of the property.

I had a follow up call with Adam to run through the findings where further advice was offered on how we should approach some of the defects.

As first time buyers we used Adam as he was recommended through a friend that used him.

The first property we were looking at we went ahead and put in an offer. Adam quickly responded and did a survey. Our first look, the place looked great but we were very naive and booked Adam in for a survey. He found many problems with the property that we, as unknown viewers could not see. The property had damp issues, structural issues and even asbestos issues, all of which meant if we went ahead with the sale, would have cost us thousands of pounds to fix!

Luckily for us, another property in the same area (which we were looking for) came on the market. We quickly reacted, went to view and put in an offer. Adam again (knowing our previous experience) responded quickly and did a survey. He gave us a fully detailed survey, covering everything and even explained everything to us in person. Of course the survey brought up a few issues, but he talked us through them all (all fixable). We went ahead with the same and took on all of Adams advise.

We can’t thank Adam enough for his professionalism, his extensive knowledge, support (before and even after sale) and his patience/kindness. It isn’t easy being a first time buyer and not knowing what things are hidden by some wallpaper or a lick of paint! But Adam supported us through the process.

Adam was an excellent choice, I followed the reviews on TP. I called Adam, he was very courteous, we arranged for him to do a survey for me. We met at the arranged property at the agreed time. He talked me through the process, adding extra information when I didn’t quite understand. He was very polite all of the time giving an accurate survey. Adam recently did a level 3 house survey on a bungalow i am purchasing. Here was there to answer any questions. On the day of the survey the estate agents rang and advised he had picked up keys. I got the report less than 48 hours later. He picked up a problem with a lintel and explained I needed a,structural engineer. I have been in touch with one. I can now purchase the property knowing the problem and get it sorted as soon as I move in.
