The report was very comprehensive, easy to read and helpful for us to know the areas in which our future home will need to be developed. I reached out to Adam in urgent need of a home buyers survey for a property I am purchasing. Property needs a lot of refurbishment and I needed the survey doing quite quickly. Adam liaised with the estate agents and we managed to get the survey done within a week. Having relatively little refurbishing experience, Adam talked me through the full report and gave me a great insight into the information I really needed. He made it extremely easy to understand and I liked his common sense approach to explaining the reasonings around the different findings on the survey.
