Very bad service , they do not reply , I have been promised a refund 16 days ago , of £379.11 for cancellation of concert in February my order number is 941314
For a company that make money and ment to give Iranians good service , this is disgraceful

I bought ticket for Zand Vakili Concert , 4 Times its been rescheduled , No one answer the phones , I want my money back immediately and the compensation of holding the money for 4 month! Its a Fraud
I will tell to Every one that I know to not to buy ticket from them !
They say we are not the planner but doesn't matter we paid to you !

Volek is an absolute scam in my opinion, and my experience with them has been nothing short of infuriating.

The Arash and Masih concert scheduled for Saturday 17th has now been pushed back yet again — this time to May 2nd — and once again there was no proper notification whatsoever. No email. No text. No warning. The date was quietly changed, as if customers wouldn’t notice. This isn’t an accident — it’s a pattern.

Volek continues to take people’s money while fully aware that Iranian artists are not guaranteed visas and that political instability makes these events highly uncertain. Yet tickets are sold anyway, refunds are refused, and customers are expected to just accept endless rescheduling while Volek sits on their money.

This feels incredibly deliberate. They exploit the situation, hide behind rigid terms and conditions, and completely ignore basic standards of transparency and customer care. At this point, it’s hard to see this as anything other than rubbing people of their money and hoping they eventually give up.

Legitimate companies communicate clearly, take responsibility, and offer refunds when they repeatedly fail to deliver. Volek does none of this. They rely on legal fine print while behaving in a way that is misleading, disrespectful, and frankly disgraceful.

If you value your money, your time, or your sanity — do not book with Volek. This has gone far beyond inconvenience. It’s exploitative, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Veranstaltungen war leider mit sehr schlechten Qualität, Essen war nicht gut ohne Getränke, wir hatten VIP Tickets gekauft, kein Kundenfreundliche Organisation, nie wieder!!!

With tickets in hand, we stood in line in the cold for a long time, and when we went into the disco, we saw that only a few people were there.

It is truly unacceptable that Volek cancels confirmed bookings only to resell the same tickets at a higher price. I assume I am not the only victim of this practice.

The events that are sold here can be very disorganised and chaotic.
The food we had last night in Liverpool Adelphi hotel was raw chicken.
I don’t recommend any irresponsible ticket sales

Holland -Op 20 december 2025 hebben wij de Shab Yalda avond van Rey Events bezocht. Wij hebben onze tickets gekocht via Volek.
Helaas was dit een zeer slechte ervaring. Voor 79 euro per persoon werd veel beloofd op het menu, maar in werkelijkheid ontbraken bijna alle items zoals salades, dessert, fruit, noten en zoetigheden. De kwaliteit en hoeveelheid van het eten waren zeer slecht en we moesten lang wachten op het diner.

Extra kosten werden ter plekke gevraagd voor garderobe en zelfs voor items die volgens het menu inbegrepen zouden zijn. Voor drinken, zelfs water, gold een minimum van 20 euro, alleen contant betalen, geen pin.
De zaal werd steeds voller en rommeliger, wij werden zonder overleg verplaatst en de muziek stond extreem hard.
Alles bij elkaar voelde dit als misleiding en slechte organisatie. Niet aan te raden.

I bought 2 tickets (€190.96) via volek.events for “Shahin Najafi live in Amsterdam” at Spant! Theater (Bussum), original date 18 October 2025 – Order 879196, paid by iDEAL via Mollie (Stichting Mollie Payments).

The event was rescheduled to a later date. I cannot attend the new date and I clearly asked for a refund. I have sent many emails, called and sent WhatsApp messages to both Volek and the organiser (Mehr Production, KVK 87835282) – no answer at all.

Under Dutch / EU consumer rules, if an event is postponed, the consumer does not have to accept a new date and can request their money back. Volek and the organiser hide behind “non-refundable” terms and simply ignore customers.

I am now preparing complaints to ACM ConsuWijzer, ECC Netherlands and considering a European Small Claims Procedure to get my money back. I strongly advise other customers to be very careful before buying from this platform.

Wij hebben 7 tickets gekocht voor een concert wat nu geannuleerd is 😡 wij hebben ons geld niet terug sterker nog ze reageren op ons whatsapp, e-mail ook niet 😡😡 morgen gaan we met ons allen bij de politie aangifte doen!
