This is a scam website
We bought a ticket in December and they said that concert is canceled so please let us know if you want to go to other concert in May or you want a refund and I did request a refund and since now I still have not received my refund and they blocked all my numbers

Ordered overpriced tickets for concert+ food which was fine, then realised have to pay £30 additional fof "service" fee, and using PayPal costs even more...

skip to the night before event, at 21.30 (less than 18 hours before event) I get email venue has changed to another (much lower quality) venue. Asked for refund and they said tickets are non refundable, and processed to not reply..... worst customer service of my life AVOID!

Buchung war in Ordnung. Das Konzert wurde jedoch zwei Mal verschoben, sodass ich die Tickets stornieren musste. Meine mehrmaligen Bitte, das Geld auf mein neues Konto zurück zu überweisen, wurde ignoriert. Der Betrag wurde auf mein altes, nicht mehr existierendes Konto überwiesen. Meine Anfragen diesbezüglich werden nicht kompetent beantwortet, keiner fühlt sich verantwortlich, es werden falsche Versprechungen gemacht. Das Geld bleibt weg. Bei Problemen absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Me and my family had a great time on the day. Everything was perfectly planned. The only thing which was a little bit uncomfortable was the chairs that weren’t stable enough and the room was a bit cold.
Mentioned them just for improvement. However, I would give the event a 5 star as I enjoyed every moment of it.

All thing's was perfect!

It was really easy to buy tickets without any extra unnecessary steps
But I had to pay extra as booking-fee that was really unfaithful and extra

Double fee (by booking and for PayPal payment as a client!) unbelievable!

I have bought tickets for a concert and it got canceled. I have been waiting 3 Months for my refund.
Very unprofessional! Very bad or rather hardly existing customer service!

We bought tickets for a Nowrouz party in London (Shaam hall) and it was the worst iranian party ever! I don't trust Volek anymore for events, they should have a minimum monitoring on who's ticket they're selling.
The party managers were so impolite and rude and I'm sure they had never heard the word "customer service"!
Normal tickets for this party were £50 and VIP £60. We bought VIP which was said to have "free drinks" and a table. Turns out it's one single bottle of wine for each table, and there are 10 people at a table!! Me and my friends have to share one bottle with 5 other people that we don't know! So imagine 10 people at a table have paid £10 extra for drinks, that is £100 per table and they have to share a penny-worth bottle of wine that costs only £5! And even worse, when we asked for just some decent drink for each of us which would mean the least for a VIP ticket, they said you can go buy your own drinks! This was a very stupid way of robbery and what hurts more is the non-sense and impolite answers that the manager and Miss Rezayi told us.
Imagine at the end of the night the security of their own party gets mad at them, he shouts and slaps the manager asking for his payment!
Let's skip the low quality of the hall itself. Enough for now.

They are asking service fee, no problem with that but which service?
I ran 1 year to get my money back from a postponed event, and this will be continued…
Sham for that service!

The cancert finished too early and the hall was very small.
