New stock, just kidding have a refund
Had an email saying about new items in stock. Clicked the link. Placed an order online for an item that was in stock. I watched the item go out of stock the in the afternoon then following day so assumed they processed my order. Got a confirmation email of my order so assumed all was good. Waited patiently for delivery, gave them an extra day, then another extra day. No email or communication with me. Then on the third day of waiting for delivery I actually got a message from my funding source saying I had been issued a refund. No message or communication at all from voltage. No explanation or apologies. Did not inform me of the refund and have never messaged about this. Great customer service.

Ordered a window for my tamiya lunchbox the friday and it arrived sunday. Excellent service so far packaging was bubble wrapped also. Brilliant i will surely order again as im buying, building and modifying my RC cars up

Great place to bring your crawlers. Kids really enjoyed themselves. Also excellent service sourcing spare batteries which were ready to collect upon arrival. Coffees top notch as well 👍🏻

I’m very happy with the service I received my item arrived promptly and with zero issues.
It did take 2 days receive my item even though it said next day but came on day 2 in the AM
Overall 10 out of 10 but maybe change info to 48 hr delivery rather than next day 👌🏻👍🏻

Entered the competition on Sat 7th Feb…
Entered the competition on Sat 7th Feb but my Axial Capra 18 was too big for the gates so my son and myself brought an Axial SCX 24 each to compete in the competition. Very impressed with the scale course and the organisers !!

Customer support and service was spot on but when it came too the delivery the DPD driver delivered too the wrong address despite having the right one had too travel a few minutes away as he delivered at a different road ...apawling delivery driver
