David was very helpful
David was very helpful. We met at the SCA show, he then took the time via email and phone to help me pick the right grinder.
The grinder is great.
The web site said the grinder was out of stock, however David checked for me and either the website was wrong or the grinder was due in like the very next day, so David changed the website inventory and I was able to order.

It is so difficult to get a call back…
It is so difficult to get a call back from voltage coffee company. On average for me it usually took 2 days to get a follow up call after leaving 3 to 4 voicemails and email messages. They never provide direct on how the installation was going to happen. So you have a shipping crate sitting on your sales floor for several days waiting to see if any one is going to appear and complete the install. No one comes or calls back with a plan or explanation on who's going to install the machine. So I now have the shipping crate in the supply closet as a storage rack.

I ordered and it was declined, but it said it went through so I was confused about what happened. I ordered again, and was hoping I didn’t just buy something twice, but all went well and the shipping was fast. Maybe my visa has some issue….

This isn’t a great time to ask
This isn’t a great time to ask. I ordered a very expensive la maracozza machine. It took its time. And the wrong finishes were on it. Walnut, instead of Maple. It’s being investigated.
Small business owner frustration
I am a small coffee shop owner and we have bought equipment from voltage on a number of times. I hate to give a bad review and rarely do but the last couple of purchases we've made the communication is just not there. Tried to buy a grinder that was on the quick ship, placed the order then was told they didn't have it (I was confirm they did and placed the order immediately - it was on my cart already! Have been trying to get someone to answer me about the status via phone message, email and website messaging and nothing. Purchased a grinder back in September which is giving us a very hard time and cannot get anyone to answer what I need to do to get the grinder situation fixed, either use the warranty o troubleshooting or whatever. Very frustrated and probably won't use them again after all this issues are over!
