We cannot run campaigns without Voluum. It's not only a tracker but also database of landers, offers and campaigns. Support is great, they are top!

I have really good experience when i need the support and the account manager was always proactive to help. In overall the tool is great and easy to use.

Voluum is the best variable tracker we have used. We tried a few others but nothing was as efficient as voluum.

First of all, Voluum is the most professional tracking system and they have no critical bugs and "mistakes" like their competitors.

These guys are only here to make sales. 24x7 support to convert clients. No support after purchase. Lazy replies. I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere. No onboarding call yet. Most probably a scam. For sales 24x7 support on skype even what's app. After sales they even don't bother to reply. After sales Sat-Sun had no support. I will share my experience in every possible forum.

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE !!
First of all they don't have a free plan to test things up unlike ALL the other tracking softwares available.
Second, their postback URL didn't work with my affiliate network. Support was UNABLE to solve the issue. I tested the postback URL of other tracking softwares and it worked. So it's not my related to my affiliate network.
The best part of all this is that they refused to give me a refund, even though I didn't use a single item on their website.
An advice : There are other tracking softwares available and you can TEST THEM FOR FREE before you subscribe to a plan.

They don't offer a refund and they tried to bill me after a year. Unbelievable!!! This is a scam.

No refund paid 4500 euro + .. never voluum please. They have no empathy

Voluum is an awful service. They refuse refunds because they know they offer an awful product. Requested a refund, but they declined and stopped my subscription. Don't recommend buying anything from this service.

This review is for their DSP, not their tracker.

Pros: Lots of traffic to test, precise data, awesome managers, very fast ad reviews
Cons: The DSP does not work so well with non-Voluum trackers.

If you are willing to test if it works for a few hundred bucks then go ahead. But know that they will not offer you a refund no matter what.

I was not even able to use it because it didn't work with my website provider.

After 8 days of trying and not being able to use it. I asked for a refund as I literally couldn't do anything with this platform, it was useless for me and the person that sold it to me knew that it would be useless if I wasn't able to get that from my website provider, but didn't care to mention that I wouldn't get a refund if I was going to try.

So I would recommend to stay away.

There are other companies that offer you a refund even after 3 months if their platform didn't improve your sales.

Voluum is just a joke.

I recommend Voluum. In my experience Voluum is the tracker that has the minimum click loss rate.
