I made a purchase with this seller and it was never delivered because the package was lost with the shipping company. It was clearly the responsibility of the shipping company. This seller went above and beyond and sent me a replacement at no charge. They did not have to do this at all. I would recommend this seller to anyone. This is what I call integrity.

Great service even though I got a Wii with DOA disc drive immediately reached out with a return shipping label and Josh said he would personally test the replacement unit.
