Excellent customer service

Great communication through ordering, shipping, tracking, and all items arrived on time. Customer service was very helpful. Products purchased are in excellent condition as advertised.

Poor customer service again

You seem to be more convinced about technology than customer service because I had reviled that I have not recieved my product on the 21st when promised but was told it was delivered on th23rd,REALLY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT AND I WILL BE MAKING A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD CO.PANY TOMMORROW!!!!!!

Issue #1 Late Delivery:

Item was ordered at 5PM on Friday the 17th with 3-Day delivery. Because it was ordered after 2PM, the promised "ship by" date was the next business day. That was Monday the 20th and the promised delivery date was Thursday the 23rd.

Therefore we are glad the package was scanned as delivered on time.

Issue #2 Lost Package:

Apparently the package was left at the wrong location. We will send the customer a replacement without any issue. However in order to process the claim we need the customer to contact us.

We have not received any e-mails, phone calls, or contact requests from the customer.

A+ Customer Service

Quick shipping, the product was packaged well and excellent customer service. I thought I was missing an item and they responded promptly, very helpful and courteous. Turns out I wasn’t missing the item. My son took it out of the box and I didn’t know it!

Refurbished ps2

I have enjoyed the Ps2 that I received. Had a small issue with the controller but this company was quick to fix the issue and sent a replacement out immediately. Very happy with the refurbished product. Would highly recommend!!! Great customer service!

Missing package no refund only 1 email…

Missing package no refund only 1 email nothing at all just a kick in the face!!! Don’t buy from here if the carrier leave your package they don’t care!!! On top of it ITS MY SON BIRTHDAY GIFT !!!!!! DO NOT BUY

We apologize the item was lost in transit. We mailed out a replacement item, with signature confirmation, free of charge.

When reporting the package as missing the customer said "it is a common problem where FedEx just leaving packages at people's doors and they going missing at my apartment complex." This means this has been a recurring problem for the customer and their neighbors.

A tip for future customers: If you know your area has an issue with missing packages, please, contact us before ordering and we will buy signature confirmation to protect it.

Excellent quality

Very excellent quality. The game disc was clean, no scratches, and played right out of the box. Definitely ordering from these guys again.

I used Voomwa because I heard from a…

I used Voomwa because I heard from a friend that it was a reliable and trust worthy so I had to check it out and there I found a x box original controller that has been hard to find on the market so I immediately bought it and surprisingly it came in the mail faster than expected and thanks to Voomwa my childhood memories have been brought back to life and I got to play with my original Xbox and the controller works remarkably well
