Schlechte Verbindung als nicht gebrauchtbar zurück nach England geschickt für 29 € and die geben das Geld nicht zurück.
Keine gute Idee die Teile zu kaufen !

ich habe einen Vortex Repeater gekauft der nicht funktioniert,
bei der Anfrage einer Rückgabe sollte ich das Teil nach Schottland schicken, wo dann das Teil geprüft werden sollte, das habe ich natürlich nicht getan, der Versand lag um die 20Euro und fraglich ob die Prüfung dann zu meinen Gunsten ausgefallen wäre, ich habe so 10 Mails geschrieben, erst wurde behauptet, das ich eine Weste gekauft habe und diese nicht zurückgenommen werden kann, wenn diese nicht original verpackt und ungewaschen ist, zwischendrin dachte ich schon ich bin bei der versteckten Kamera. Ich habe Paypal eingeschaltet, was aber auch nichts gebracht hat. Dann wurde mir 20% Nachlass angeboten, was ich dann nach Monaten angenommen habe, jetzt bleibe ich auf einem defekten Teil sitzen und ärgere mich jeden Tag über dies Masche mit der die diese Firma durchgekommen ist.

Mangelnde Qualität, erzielt nicht die Leistung die versprochen wird.
Rücksendeadresse in einem anderen Land, somit 50% des Warenwerts als Fracht.

They don’t work as advertised and actually reduced the extended bandwidth by an order of magnitude. The dead spot in my house has more bandwidth than when the Vortex is used there. Each extender is its own network which adds to their complexity. They play with you so that the 30 day return window is surpassed. May as well throw a $100 into the garbage rather than buy the Vortex extenders, same outcome.

Teil kommt von irgendwo her, daher lange Lieferzeiten - aber das Wichtigste, der Reapter kommt nicht Ansatzweise an die Fritz oder Tp Produkte heran. Verkaufs Beschreibung vom Vortex Reapter und Wirklichkeit sind zwei paar Schuhe.Außerdem muss sich jeder Käufer im Klarem sein das beim zurück senden nochmals 20Euro fällig sind weil ja Sendungsverfolgung verlangt wird und, man muss online Zollpapiere ausfüllen - ich denke es ist ersichtlich daß diese Firma mit diesen Methoden arbeitet damit man dann doch noch das Produkt behaltet.

Bought the Vortex WiFi Extender and spent hours troubleshooting. Multiple resets, LAN setup, WiFi setup. Result: unstable network, no internet, and a device that often won’t even open its configuration page.

Returned it. Lesson learned: cheap WiFi extenders cost more in time and frustration than they’re worth. Going mesh instead.

I ordered a wifi extender after seeing a good "review." Shortly thereafter I realized the review not from ConsumerReports and that no one else anywhere recommended this product.

After some back and forth with their email contact, they did cancel my order and said I'd get a refund in 3-5 business days.

About 5 weeks later (and after I had long forgotten about it), they gave me a partial refund and shorted me about 10% of the total.

Instead of enhancing the WiFi signal, they interrupted it.
In the process of trying to get my money back.

Ich habe benutzte Retouren Ware erhalten, die von Temu kam laut dem noch beiliegendem Retouren schreiben. Es ist erkenntlich das die Ware bereits benutzt wurde. Es ist ein Betrügerischer Shop der B-Ware verkauft.

Reingefallen, habe das Gerät mehrfach installieren müssen, hat immer die ersten Stunden super funktioniert und dann geht es los, erst blockiert es dein Router-WLAN, dann funktionieren die Apps nicht mehr und dann gar nichts mehr. 66,-€ für NICHTS. Bloß nicht kaufen.

Nachdem nach kurzer Zeit mein erster Router nicht mehr funktionierte, schrieb ich eine Mail an das Unternehmen. Kurz darauf bekam ich eine Antwort und mir wurde ein neuer Router per Post zugesandt. Die Kommunikation verlief ohne Komplikationen und ging recht schnell.

Ordered the extender and recieved a shipping # never came in always said it was delayed. Company got back to me and said they would send another one and same thing happened delayed in shipping, this smells like a scam

Ich hatte definitiv nur Ärger mit VortexBeam ! Bloss nicht da einkaufen ! Erst kommt das Paket ewig lang nicht bei , dann wird mit ein Sendungslink geschickt der gar nicht funktionierte, weil es diese sendungsnummer gar nicht gab ! Letztendlich hab ich ganz oft darum gebeten mir mein Geld zurück zu überweisen und jetzt heisst es dass sie nicht erstatten , weil ich das Paket nach Weihnachten auch nicht mehr brauchte und es dann zurück gehen ließ !? 66€ weg und jede Menge Ärger! Braucht kein Mensch !

Diese Repeater sind einfach nur schlecht. Sie entkoppeln sich willkürlich und geben sich neue Bezeichnungen. Ich wollte lediglich eine Entfernung von ca. 30 Metern mit 4!!!! Repeatern überbrücken. Kostenpunkt > 200€ und Nutzen gleich 0. kann davon nur abraten, denn Support gibt es eh nicht - also rausgeschmissenes Geld = Elektroschrott :-(

Null Sterne - ich habe zweimal bei denen bestellt. Die zweite Bestellung kam nicht an. Ich habe den Kundenservice angemailt, als auch über die Homepage geschrieben. Es kommt keine Antwort. Aber ich soll jetzt bezahlen. Das nenne ich Betrug !

Nach zwei Stunden und mehrfachen Einrichtungsversuchen keine Verbindung mit der FRITZ!Box. Die FRITZ!Box wird erkannt und die Einstellungen auch aber nach Abschluss keine Verbindung. Für mich leider verschenktes Geld und daher keine Kaufempfehlung.

Don’t buy this wifi extender. Basically an expensive paperweight. I spent over $100 buying three of these. They took over a month to arrive came with a very small instruction book that was not very clear on how you’re supposed to use them. I followed the book the best I could they did not work at all. Contacted the company which they replied with the same instructions. I already got I try it again following their instructions still couldn’t get it to connect so then I contacted them and said I’ll send them back to you. Please give me my money money back that’s all I ask. They replied, saying we need pictures of the devices to make sure you didn’t damage them. We don’t pay for shipping to ship it back so you have to pay for it yourself and if it’s past 30 days of the day, you purchased them, we cannot give you a refund. Which to me is a load of crap considering it took over 30 days for them to ship it to me. So basically they were saying I bought something I can’t use and I can ship it back to them, but I won’t get my money back.

I ordered their Wi-Fi extender and after a few weeks not seeing it being shipped I contacted customer support. They do not have a phone number to contact but they have an email address. What reputable business does not have a contact number?? I finally received a reply a few days later saying that it hasn’t been shipped yet. About a month later I finally received the extender, ridiculous…When I tried to return it for a refund, I again contacted customer support by email and didn’t get a reply back for over a week. I wasn’t satisfied with their reply so I again contacted them. Again over a week later they replied telling me that I have to take pictures of the product, pictures of the return package with the shipping label attached , and the tracking number. Once I shipped it I was to contact them sending them the pictures and the tracking number. Big process to mail back so you would think twice about sending anything back, their hopes that you wouldn’t go through all the hassle. I went to the post office to ship it and when I gave them the shipping address they told me that it wasn’t a recognized address. I then looked it up myself and it was an address for a single family home!! If Vortex Beam is in N.Y., why have it sent to an address in Georgia? I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this company. Beware…

Sehr stabiles Signal, auch im Keller. Besser als mein alter Repeater.

Gekauft wegen schlechtem Empfang im Schlafzimmer. Verbindung ist deutlich besser.
