I ordered a High Sierra bag that after I ordered realized that I was no longer in need of. Peter and others from Voyage Luggage were extremely responsive when I let them know and made quick arrangements for me to ship the bag back to them and issued my refund promptly. Much appreciated and will definitely use them again if I am in need of luggage.

Purchased multiple NOMATIC and Bellroy items. Voyage was the best pricing by far (way better than amazon). I ended up keeping the Bellroy Check-in and carry on and returning the NOMATIC carry on. Return process was extremely easy. Voyage will be my first go to every time I need luggage or travel accessories. Customer service was great.

I had a great experience with Voyage Luggage. Unfortunately, I had to return a Samsonite Spinner Mobile Office bag that I purchased, but the issue was not with Voyage Luggage or the product itself. The package was left exposed to heavy rain by FedEx, which damaged the box upon delivery.

The customer service team was wonderful and ensured my luggage was delivered on time before my 3-week international trip. The Antler trunk arrived in perfect condition. It's stylish and functional -- the square shape makes it easier to roll around than the flatter and wider large suitcases I have owned prior, and the compression cubes will help me fit more things inside.
