I would highly recommend reaching out to VSMA if you're thinking about purchasing an investment property. My wife and I found the whole process to be very smooth and everyone we dealt with at VSMA (including their partners) were extremely helpful throughout. We appreciated the regular Zoom meetings which helped establish a better relationship and understanding, and we felt comfortable to ask lots of questions, and we did! We were kept up to date with regular emails and meetings, and expectations were clearly set.
The initial estimate for settlement was Oct/Nov 2021, but we settled in July 2021! Thanks VSMA.
