When VSMA contacted me I just thought they were a company trying to make money. This couldn't have been further from the truth. They opened my mind to understanding my finances and possibilities to owning an investment property which was something I had never considered being possible. The team invested a significant amount of time up front getting to know us and our financial position/future goals, without any commitment on our part. They then reviewed all the information gained and prepared a range of investment options that suited our situation. They again, spent a great deal of time and effort presenting, explaining and ensuring we understood and had all our questions answered. It was made very clear that even at this point, there was no obligation to take anything further if we were not 100% happy with any of the options presented. We appreciated (and continue to appreciate) the real human element that all of the VSMA team had brought to all of our interactions and decided to proceed with one of the options presented. We are now, very excitingly, in the process of purchasing our first investment property. VSMA are also well connected within the industry and have introduced us to a fantastic mortgage broker and financial planner who have helped walk us through and simplify a really complex process. We would highly recommend the VSMA team if you want to better understand how to generate wealth and set yourself and your family up for the future.

They took the time to understand us personally, our goals for the future and our financial position. The education they provide is invaluable, we walked out of their office with a clear financial strategy which we had never ever considered would be possible.

I've completed two investments now with VSMA and the process has been outstanding from start to finish. They start with the education process so you understand the model and the plan on how you will succeed. The team are very family orientated and act with an extremely high level of integrity and transparency. They want to see the average family win. Our investments are doing better than expected. Our rental income has sky rocketed over the last 14 months. These guys know the market and know where the best investments are. I'm extremely impressed with these guys. You won't get a better team who are at the top of their game and absolutely trustworthy genuine people. I'll be back for my third investment soon!

Fantastic team. The team from Vision are there from the start to the end of the process, and beyond. They’re always there to answer any questions and help guide people through the process. They helped me with my first investment and hopefully it will be one of several. I would definitely go through Vision again.

Thanks to Vision we have successfully set up our first investment property and are currently in the midst of setting up our second. There is no way we could have done this without the support of Vision and their incredible team. The amazing lunches were an added bonus!!
