The company themselves were initially good at being in touch but unfortunately Amazon Shipping did not deliver the parcel. It then took a lot of chasing in order to get replies (apart from a photo of a box on a random chair somewhere as 'proof of delivery'). They did refund the money but I wasted a lot of time trying to contact them and Amazon Shipping for 2 weeks.

I placed my order on the 29th of March, mostly because I was impressed at the 1-3 day delivery, it is now 6th of April, I have emailed repeatedly, asking what is happening because according to the tracking, all it says basically is a label has been printed, that's it so no response, no order and no clue what's happening or what to do, never experienced such a huge lack of care or concern in my entire life, no idea how I'm going to get my money back or resolve this, so PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY SO YOU DON'T EXPERIENCE THE SAME!!!!!

Took a while to come and said delay but wouldn't answer email. Eggs near date and not presented well. Most eggs foil was coming off. Expensive for what you got

The order took a while to come but even then they sent the completely wrong item. Hence knocking 2 stars off. I added a start for the efficient response, they are sending the correct item no extra charge. 28th March I advised them it is now the 5th of April and still nothing, no response to my chasing email either.

Nothing like what was shown in photos, only to find out they had taken the photo off someone else’s business to advertise as their own - to then not even be the same sort of sweets to arrive. Beyond disappointing when it was meant to be a present as they love Swedish candy but nowhere near the same variety. Will go through bank to get money back. Don’t shop here if you want to be scammed because the photos they upload of items aren’t correct or their own stock.

Great communications & fast delivery A++

I ordered 3 boxes. They sent 1 and refunded the others 2 but didn't let me know they couldn't fulfil the order before shipping. if they had i could have ordered the shortfall elsewhere. Then the box that did arrive was 3/4s full which they knew before shipping.

Ordered with VStarLondon twice now and they have been excellent, with fast delivery times. Will order from them again.

I was kept informed of delivery, and parcel arrived on time. The products look amazing , although not tried any yet. Would definitely use again.

I was sent the wrong product. I ordered sugar free werthers toffees but received the normal ones

Bought a pallet of kinder bunnies for my son who has a disability and selective eating spent £53 and items were smashed to bits on arrival
Contacted company with photos was told box was in one piece on arrival so no replacement and only a 50 per cent refund due to shipping company not excepting claim
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and outcome would never use company again

Products arrived in a timely manner and are genuine, one bar of Toblerone came with the cardboard packaging open, and this was refunded within 48 hours of contacting with no issues. Overall im very impressed and would definitely buy again.

Ordered two expensive boxes of liqueurs only one arrived which was inappropriately packaged in an envelope so box arrived crushed - but the other box did not arrive. No response from an email sent querying and no refund forthcoming. However once posted on Truspilot the company contacted me and resolved the matter to my satisfaction which restored my confidence.
