Good customer service, very knowledgeable.

I appreciate the urgency and prompt responsiveness.
Although one ID scanner was missing on my order. you guys got it to me quickly and the customer service line has been a big help in getting my machines operating correctly.

The guys at VapeTM are professional and always willing to hop on a call and answer any questions. The machine arrived in great shape and the software and support team are fantastic. Special shoutout to Corey who walked me through the initial questions and purchase and also a shoutout to Darshak on the support team who always knows the solution to a software problem and even hopped on a FaceTime call with me late at night to solve the solution.

Tech support doesn't answer the phone, they always want to just refer you to the help center, they were constantly giving you the reach around about setting a machine up.

I can honestly say I don't think I would have made the purchase without Jacob. I was unsure on several aspects, but luckily, Jacob is very experienced and knowledgeable. He answered all questions I had, exercised extreme patience and customer service to not only answer my questions, but to make me comfortable with this transaction, and for that, I can't recommend this company and especially Jacob enough. I'll be back for future business!

I have been dealing with Corey for a few months now. I have had absolutely no issues. The guy is very fast at replying, very upfront and honest, and has answered every question I have had. I highly recommend vape TM and Corey as a sales rep.

VTM was super fire, love all the people there.
I got 2 machines to start and they went super smooth, one was acting lil weird but me and my business partner called support and they helped us out.
