Amazing customer service

Vtuvia’s customer service is top notch! They called and emailed to let me know when my order shipped, and even followed up with me a couple of weeks after I had received the bike to make sure everything was as I expected. They were very nice and quick to answer any questions I had. I would 100% recommend them!

Impressive....

The customer service has been very responsive and polite. Item arrived fast and brand new.

I did run into one issue.
But it was an issue on my end.
I forgot to read the fine print.
And they have responded professionally.

I would give it the 5th star.
But I have to pay for a full unit piece, all for a spacer.
Which they will not sell alone, only with the kit.

That 1 star deduction, is only because of that.
I have been impressed with their products.

Definitely would highly recommend them.

I purchased the SX20 two years ago

I purchased the SX20 two years ago, I have a 20 miles riding every week. So far so good. I can enjoy the outdoor fun and pedal for exercise. low step through and stable system. Truly Knee free.

Where my bike dude

Well was easy to buy
Hard to get didn’t have what I wanted took substitute
Then tracking shipping was bad
Was in Calfi shipping facility
July 30 Never has shown leaving there
Even it says devilery the 6 Aug
So where is it ?

We want to clarify that your bike was shipped out promptly on July 31 via FedEx (Tracking #: 883197086580). It was picked up the same day and departed our Arcadia, CA facility shortly after. According to FedEx updates, your package has already arrived in Kansas City, MO and is on schedule to be delivered by August 6.

We understand how concerning it can be when tracking information is unclear — especially when the label needed to be replaced, causing temporary updates to be delayed. Please rest assured your bike is on its way and moving through the network, just across the country.

Trash company

Trash company, 6 months into owning the bike I was accelerating across a crosswalk and made it to the other corner when the crank bolt just fell out and it caused me to fall into a guy knocking him in myself to the ground that later I learned was a cancer patient just getting over chemotherapy so I contacted the company let him know that the crank bolt had fallen out causing me to wreck into somebody and they wouldn't replace the crank bolt.

Then at alittle over a year and noticed it had never gotten the 40-50 miles off a charge it was supposed to. So I checked it from full charge twice and it was only getting 10-15 miles, despite only having 166 total miles on it. I contacted the company and they asked me to check the battery with a multimeter, when I reported back the low levels discharging from a fully charged battery, I was told it was damaged like this was some huge discovery. The truth is the battery is defective with as few miles as are on the bike there is no reason for the battery to behave this way. When I pointed this out to the company they said they would not stand behind their product and they hoped I understood. This is a trash company I will be reporting to the FTC, buy anywhere else👎.

First, your e-bike was purchased through an authorized dealer. For dealer-sold products, warranty and after-sales service are primarily handled by the dealer, as they are responsible for supporting the products they sell. We always recommend contacting the dealer directly for service and parts replacement, as they are best positioned to assist in these cases.

Second, regarding the battery performance: based on the information provided, the bike had a total mileage of approximately 166 miles over more than one year. Lithium batteries require regular use and proper maintenance. Extended periods of low usage without periodic charging can lead to deep discharge, which may negatively affect battery performance. This is considered a maintenance-related issue rather than a manufacturing defect.

We understand your frustration and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Our goal has always been to provide reliable products and transparent support, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

If you would like, we are still willing to review your case further together with the dealer to explore any reasonable next steps.

Avoid Jason from Vtuvia

Jason (do not know his chinese name) is a very poor quality salesperson, he promises to help but takes months to respond. I am very dissatisfied with his service. He blocks his customers. Vtuvia is a crap company I do not recommend it at all.

First off…These reviews are a joke!
Just got mine and my wife’s in the mail and mine had a broken mashed in headlight before I took it out of box. Second, my front disc for my brake is warped so that’s lovely. Assembly directions are a joke and I’ve put together ikea furniture for years because I’m married…..now 3 years later I finally get a reply!! Amazing and I’ll happily send pictures of both bikes to prove it

Love my E bike and service from Vtuvia !

Hi, I just moved from Boston to Fort Myers Florida, I love spending time at Fort Myers Beach but during season it can take over an hour to get from my house to Fort Myers Beach by car, I spent weeks online learning about electric E bikes and finally made my choice on the SF 20. Now it only takes me 20 minutes to get to the beach, while at the beach I meet all kinds of people that have also bought Electric bikes & they pay thousands more than I did and I believe my bike is a better bike, I weigh 230 pounds and not only does the bike not struggle I easily go 25 to 28 miles an hour just on throttle. The only problem I had so far was a rear flat tire, but that was my fault because I was driving across the parking lot made up of seashells and it caught my tire perfectly in between the treads, when my wife came to pick me up all I had to do was fold up the bike up in 5 minutes put it in the back of the car. Anyhow honestly I hardly drive my car anymore I just use the bike for short trips to the store or even all day long to the beach . no car means saving me $30-$40 a day parking. Best investment I’ve made so far in Florida thank you. PS, twice now I contacted vtuvia for questions about the bike and I’ve always gotten a quick response.
