I have ordered about 5 toys from this place, mainly vibrators over the years (Vush Abby, the Majesty 2 twice, the Siren twist, some other). Unfortunately each time, the toy has broken and become unusable. Once this was within the warranty period, but the other times, it was just barely out of the warranty period.

These toys are built so that they do not last, especially with the vibrators which seem to have some sort of weak connections on the inside that results in weird things happening. Once, there was even a circumstance where the toy (A Majesty 2) wouldn't turn off, which was a borderline violating experience and should not be acceptable.

With the cost of these products, there should be much more quality testing.

Tried VUSH on a whim and… yeah, I get the hype now. Everything arrived quickly, packaging was discreet, and the quality is actually really good. It feels more “thoughtfully made” than gimmicky, and definitely delivered 👀 The whole experience felt easy and comfortable, which I appreciated. Will not be my last order.

Vush - shame on your customer service! At a time when customer service should matter most, especially since people are less likely to splurge on pleasure items versus necessities. I purchased an item before Halloween and paid for 4-6 day shipping, backed by their "customer satisfaction guarantee or your money back." 11 days later, nothing had arrived. When I reached out, Karen/Customer Experience claimed they didn't have my address, even though that information was required for the transaction to go through.

Karen admitted via email that no one intended to notify me of this hold-up, yet they charged my card anyway. I requested to cancel the order due to their extremely poor service, the fact that 'the customer was not satisfied (money back guaranteed),' and that no product ever showed up. They refused to cancel and insisted they shipped the product on Nov. 12th - 14 days after I ordered, 8-10 days past their guaranteed delivery window.

This is unacceptable and feels fraudulent. I will not be a customer again, and I strongly warn others against purchasing from this company.

Was really excited for this product however I found that the ‘suction’ feature was very weak. Did not get the job done

I can’t review as I’m still waiting for the product 3 weeks later.

This is a mixed review. I have a Siren which has broken four times. Four!! I now know the returns policy backwards. But kudos to the team, they replace it every time very quickly.
Having said that I have two other toys from Vush that have never failed. And the Siren is fantastic if unreliable.

When the charger for one of my toys broke they sent me a complete new toy! The customer service is incredible!

Let's just say it as it is - women's self-pleasure is still a taboo subject but I think full disclosure is needed here... Buy Vush ladies, and change your life one org*sm at a time. I've tried many different brands, many different types of toys and I can hands down (if you pardon the pun) say I would never, ever use anything but Vush. The way the products are made are second to none - the quality is incredible and the charge lasts for AGES (considering it's high usage). I was so worried about spending more money than I usually would've done on a s*x toy, but MY GOD it has been worth it (1000 times over). HIGHLY recommend!

Soooo I think every person needs this toy. I had heart palpitations while using it and if you ask me, that’s a good thing hahahahahahah
