The website is easy to use and the order was dispatched and arrived very quickly. It may just be a case of personal taste, but I was very disappointed with the coffee. I went with a medium blend and the Peaky Blenders had very little taste to it and the second bag, the Governor, had a weird taste to it. These coffees aren't cheap and I've found an alternative with a lot more taste for half the price!

Not a bad experience. Coffee is tasty. Came quickly. I found it difficult to navigate the website when what I wanted was a lighter roast and a medium roast the only option was one of a particular roast profile. Also one of the coffees was a month and a half after roast date which I don’t expect from an online specialty coffee retailer. I can get fresher coffee from Sainsbury’s. (Union). But otherwise. Fine. Good price. Good coffee

Quick delivery, well packaged, and quality coffee. I picked the mystery box and each coffee came with a description card, they were from different companies and were different roasts. This box is good value, recommended if you like a variety of coffee and would make a good gift.

Was well informed that each stage they chose a different coffee from one I thought I was getting but that was ok packaged very well. And while kit came with instructions too. Just gonna make some coffee now

My delivery was delayed/got lost in the System with the courier, and after pretty swift communication, Waaqa has sent out a new parcel at not extra cost. Yet to receive but excited to try the coffees!
