After a difficult few years, I couldn’t find any lender that would take a chance on me. Wage Day did! They really helped me in a time I needed it most, which is appreciated so much. They’re honest, you know exactly what you’re signing up for and can fully control your account online!

I always come to wda for a quick advance before pay day for when I really need it..it quick and simple and then it comes straight out your bank so you haven't the hassle yourself to pay it.

Wage day is great and have good rates for a quick fix however I would say I think they should look at an individual’s history with them rather than the credit score, of those people who are existing customers as if you’ve had a loan or more with them before recently and always met Payments I think it’s clear to say your not a risk

I have a complaint still ongoing since February 2017 and logged with the fos since March 2017 which WDA are refusing to consider as the loans are over 6 Years old! They have however settled similar complaints through the FOS as recently as September this year according to the fos website but are still not willing to consider mine. If you encounter any issues don't expect to be dealt with fairly as it seems they pick and choose what suits them best.

Thanks for the comment Richard but emailed yesterday with my details and considering you've had my complaint for over 18 months I hope you can investigate quickly.

update 10.11.18 - thank you for my response from your complaints department advising me the delay is due to the FOS. I have replied that my complaint is regarding you refusing to look at my loans because they are over 6 years old even though i have complained within 3 years of becoming aware I could make such a complaint and not with the FOS who are doing there utmost to resolve the matter. I will wait for as long as it takes to at least have my complaint investigated because I know you have allowed others in a similar situation to mine to have theirs looked at which as I said before is unfair. It's just a shame that we have to go all the way to a financial ombudsman twice, because that is what it will be once a final response (either agreeing with me or not) will be issued. At which point I fully expect this to have taken 2 YEARS!!! to conclude. Kind regards Margaret.

Well now it seems you can consider, resolve and make payment to other people's complaints involving loans over 6 years old within 11 weeks! but still wont consider all complaints. I have now contacted the FOS and the FCA with all the details. How you can say that I should have known 20 months ago that I could have made the complaint earlier but somebody from 11 weeks ago didn't know is completely staggering! You have been obstructive and have discriminated against my complaint right from the start. I know I will have to wait for the ombudsman but I WILL have a resolution to my complaint eventually and so will everybody else who is waiting.

How come you have time to read and reply to reviews while applications and customer emails just go in to a black hole? Go and look in your inbox and reply to my emails.

Some unexpected bills came out so I applied online, it said my application had been successful they just had to do a few more checks. I received a text about half an hour later saying everything was good they just needed to confirm my bank details so to call them, I spoke to a very polite and helpful man called Daniel, he explained what the situation was, we got it sorted within minutes, my funds were then released into my bank account within an hour.

Awaiting final response for complaint filed in August, unreasonable time frame keeps being extended, will be filing with FOS.

After waiting 5hrs for the cash to be sent to my account I read the reviews on here and got anxious. It wasn't an unexpected wait because I did receive a text explaining the reason for the delay.... However i have now received the money and Im very pleased with this service overall. A great replacement to wonga and a better overall experience than quickquid. Thank you for helping me! 4stars

Applied for a loan from this company, on the website it says "If approved, your loan funded within 1 hour". So I applied for a loan and was given a loan offer which I accepted, 15 hours later I have had no money from them and after emailing them 3 hours ago I have still had no response.

If they didn't want to give me a loan they should have just said, then I could have applied with someone else, the fact is this company is nothing but a waste of time and I would not recommend using them.

Was only ones to except me and I am extremely grateful they took a chance on me knowing my circumstances. I proved that I could pay back in full on payment date and I'm glad I was given that chance to do so. However It is now Monday and I applied Friday for a new loan and its still being processed so petty slow on that.

They will take money from you even after you pay back your loan in full. Avoid them at all costs.

Don’t normally post reviews but have to say WDA saved me this month, needed a short term loan just to tied me over the month and couldn’t have got better service, rang up as was so confused and the man on the phone was so polite and helpful!, the payment took longer than expected but only as there was a fault and they slotted me in to the next slot which was only a hour after! can’t fault this company one bit. I Recommend this company a lot!!
