I don't have the best credit history…

I don't have the best credit history and found myself struggling to be accepted for a small loan. Wagedayadvance application was straightforward and only took a few minutes. I was approved and had the money in a short space of time. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!

Can’t be bothered to even look into complaints!

I have an ongoing unaffordable loan complaint that they originally said I would receive a final response within 8 weeks they then asked for another 8 weeks. Today at the 16 week mark they emailed to say they had no response after I chased them. They also said they had already contacted me earlier, which they hadn’t.
The recommended time is 8 weeks, it has already been double this and now they can’t give me a response. I have passed this to the financial ombudsman as I have had enough of waiting for them to bother to even look at my complaint!

I was accepted for a loan on Friday…

I was accepted for a loan on Friday night provided all my information now the website upon login just says they are completing a few more checks and to wait for a text or e-mail it is now Monday heard nothing back in that time and when I login I'm taken back to that message how long dose it even take for checks to be done I have been waiting 4 days ?

Waiting for a response to a complaint…

Waiting for a response to a complaint and now my further email is seemingly undeliverable! Always paid on time but on checking my account I was put out to see that I am "not eligible for a loan at this time" and i could "reapply if my circumstances change". I asked for an explanation and so far have not had a satisfactory response. What circumstances are we talking about, circumstances have changed for the better if anything! How ******* patronising when it's people like me who keep WDA in business! Really poor customer service this time!

Affordability complaint - no response after 16 weeks!

I raised an affordability complaint 16 weeks ago and they still haven't bothered to investigate it and provide a final response.

It is a very straightforward case where they were quite clearly in the wrong due to what was presumably internal incompetence, but their uninterested approach is quite frankly disgusting.

Clearly a company with no regard for their customers.

WDA-Xmas early payment

Was annoyed that I received two emails asking me to let them know if I get paid earlier over the Xmas period and to call to make a payment. After calling and trying to do this I was told I couldn't do it. Why send me an email in that case?! Apart from that the service has been good. Polite staff, easy process, quick payment.

Un loyal.

As customer many years and paying on time and paying earlier than expected date. Now been refused credit for some no apprant reason. I see wheni logged into to reply. Now 3 months no resonce no email with to which they have stoppted allowing me to brrow or any email in advance to what the reason was. Will now close my account with them. They talk about loyalty haha aviod them at all costs.

Great service

Great service. When I 1st starting using them you had to apply online and wait to speak to a customer service representative who are really helpful. But now the process is a lot quicker. Thank you continuing to help me out.

Very fast and straightforward service

I applied for a loan and it was approved very quickly after some checks. I was then given a time when the money would be sent to my account, and the funds arrived only around 50 minutes after they were sent. The whole process took only around 3 hours from applying for a loan to actually receiving it in my account. I haven't dealt with many Pay Day companies, but it would be difficult for any Pay Day company to provide a better service than Wage Day Advance.

Easy

Have not had any problems easy to apply and can pay off all loans whenever you want. Have done this then if need again I just apply and it's there.

Lodged a complaint

Lodged a complaint, accepted an offer of £1421 was advised by 3 different employees my money would be in at 5.30om on Wednesday (today) . Nothing in and it's now not until Friday. I'm now at work until Christmas day and can't get my Christmas shopping for my 3 kids. Completely unacceptable, quite possibly ruined Christmas for 5 people due to mis information. They have said that it will be in my account tomorrow, let's hope so or I'll have 3 unhappy kids at Christmas. Thanks for the un needed stress.
