Applied for a loan over a week ago. Provisionally accepted, but told further checks needed to be done and I would have a decision in due course. Four days later, still no communication so I emailed customer care and questioned the outcome. That was four days ago and still no reply. When I log onto their website it states my application is in process. It has been in process for over a week. Today I called the customer number and gave up waiting to get through after 5 minutes. Such poor communication. If my loan has been declined, that's fine but I think it is good business etiquette to notify me rather than just no response.

Applied at 5:45pm....9:03pm and still no response...so far, not impressed.
Looked through the website for answers...nothing.
I don't even know what's going! Will I get the loan? Won't I? When, if at all?
And the email with the Explanation of Credit "attached"...there is no attachment!

On date that the FCA mandated response time to respond to complaints elapsed wagedayadvance have asked for a further 8 weeks in which to investigate my complaint. I see a number of people below are facing the issue so can appreciate the demand is high however, it would appear that the responses to poor rating here are stock messages as well. Which to me indicates they have no intention in looking into matters without FOS stepping in. I would carefully warn against dealing with this company or any other linked to the organisation

Used this company a couple of times and had no problems at all. Rapid and very efficient service, a bit expensive though but it helps you when you need even if you are on a low credit score as myself. Recommend it.

Good quick service. I've used them more than once and not had an issue. Very handy if you're like me and always seem to have something urgent that I need money for but haven't budgeted for it. Money transferred within minutes, no marketing texts & emails etc. All good so far
